Will it go down on with August and September?

I was kinda thinking of buying a pair,
but that's kinda a big chunk of pure to let go of
and I kind of think the pure would be
better invested in some of the suggested item hoards =w=

And yea back to the main question,
should I wait a bit more to buy the horns?

It was pretty stagnant for a long time but it's started rising again recently. It's up to you if you want to pick one up, I mean it's still one of the highly sought after MCs. It may take a long while to get the return you want though.

Hmm, what I meant to say, was that
was there any chance it would go down even a bit in price, for the month of
August through September...

I wasn't looking for profit, just the best time to buy o3o

They'll inflate late September and October, in anticipation for Halloween. Most people are going back to school late August, so they'll be less people online to earn gold, which means higher prices.

See if you can get a pair cheaper in the Exchange, or PM one of the MP sellers.

Less people online would be able to buy them right?
What if we consider the sellers who want to umm sell
the horns to get gold?

If less people buy then that means a bunch of horns
would stay hanging in the market.
Not sure how to put in words exactly, but I am kind of going to the concept of undercutting >3>

Though I agree with your conclusion, with the cause you gave,
I'd expect that to be a decrease in price,
I'd think less people online earning gold would mean less overall sellers to undercut each other, sort of what happens during the night time for most items. (which in process, leads to higher prices)

I disagree with this. Plenty of inflation occurs while people are at school, and while deflation might occur for more common items, it's very hard to say how much it will affect older MCs. Also, less people online doesn't just mean less people earning gold, it also means less people selling their horns. So really, it could go either way.
