I used to wonder that
but then I though about how dog is cats butt and cat is dog's butt, so I just figured that if dog needs to go, cat throws up, if cat needs to go, dog throws up.

I do not think they can-i think they both just do not use the bathroom for some reason and there bathroom has a toilet for no reason!

Well, if they can have 100% effiency is using up energy from their intake then they don't need to produce waste.
However, I think it would be funnier if they'd sweat it or something.
