Hes a Trap

PostPosted: Wed Aug 04, 2010 5:33 pm

The location as stated in the title is in the port city of Priyal and around it.

Simple Rules:
1. Treat others as you want to be treated.
2. Respect the shop rules.
3. Respect Gaia rules.
4. No four just wanted to put four.
5. You must have fun. (this is a joke for those who didn't catch it.)

User ImageKaantaa smiled as she walked to her normal spot not far outside the Port City of Priyal. It was an off the beaten track in a clearing off a trail that had seen better days but was still used. There in one of the niches was a small stage with curtains hanging from trees with a starry night pattern. She walked over to this small spot touching the fabric slightly “the boys did a wonderful job setting up the spot.” Kaantaa nodded to herself as she nestled an orb into her arms underneath her bosoms. She giggled and bounced happily over to her spot stepping on the stage. She whispered a few words and the orb began to bounce in her arms causing her breast to bounce with it. Kaantaa giggled and let it go onto the stage it rolled and bounced at the same time. Coming to an abrupt stop and spun about in place. A small darkly blue came from its core as it whirring out of the orb bit by bit every so slowly, she sauntered over to it the darkly blue shadows passing around her as bent down to pick it up. Moving so gracefully with her hips swaying from side to side to the curtains lifting up sliding down to her knees she placed the orb on the ground.

Slowly raising the darkly blue shadows began to fall in place along the back of the stage by the curtains. They were slowly taking the shapes of musicians with their instruments in hands. A small twinkle coming from them here and there as you could here them tuning their instruments. As they were tuning she was stretching waiting for the right moment some people slowing coming around to her spot. She smiled as they finished their tuning bowing deeply her hand fluttering as it fell to her legs. She slowly rose with a warm smile as more gathered around “welcome everyone I am Lalita and I hope you enjoy todays performance” her voice was soft and light the name befitting her performance for today. She took a deep breath moving to the middle of the stage her back against the crowd. She outstretched her left leg to her side the tips of her toes pointing. Her arms sat at her side holding onto a silky cream colored scarf.

Kaantaa slowly raised her arms to the sound of a guitar playing very softly in the background. She snapped her fingers in tempo of the music stepping to the side with a turn her arms lowering around her chest in a circular pattern. She spun once more there was a jingle coming from her hands a bell on the cuff of her gloves. She moved on the tips of her toes across the stage as if she were gliding her right arm up the hand curved the left arm outstretched to her side trailing the scarf.

Marius stirred slowly from his sleep. He normally didn't do much during the day - hardly any dreams to listen to during the daytime - but it was hard to ignore the bustle of nearby Priyal sometimes. He liked people, and not just for their dreams. They were interesting creatures; always hustling and bustling about in their day-to-day activities. It was part of the reason he was hanging around Priyal for the time being, such a busy, bustling place.

He craned his head up, at least as far as he could with his horns, and peered at the sky through the tree-tops. It looked to be early evening, perhaps even late afternoon. Pushing his front paws out, he stretched until he heard a series of small cracks run along his back. Music drifted through the trees, as if on the breeze. Marius heaved himself up, shook off once to dislodge any stray leaves, and padded off towards town and the music.

A woman was dancing on a small, makeshift stage. A band of shadows played inconspicuously in the background. Small bells jingled in time with the music, and her long scarf swished this way and that. She was unusually curvy for a constellation, and wearing slightly less clothing. Settling back on his haunches, Marius suddenly wondered...if she was terribly attached to that scarf. It was swishy and very pretty, and Marius very much wanted to tie it to his antlers and keep it. Maybe a smaller version, on second thought, with the sudden vision of himself wearing the large scarf, very akin to a rather decorative wedding veil. The music was good, at least, certainly worth waking up to.

Kaantaa smiled as she continued her dance twirling her scarf around her body. She let the scarf slip through her fingers to signify the end of her dance. There was sweat on her body and as she bowed her breathing was heavy. There were some applause which was natural no matter how great her dancing was.

Kaantaa turned her back to the crowd she needed to get the orb. Kaantaa breathe was still heavy as she stepped behind the curtain picking up the orb. The darkly blue shadows bowed out as the slowly went back into the orb. It truly signified the end of the show as the cloud dispersed as quickly as it came.

She looked around for her scarf it had landed on a Pooka in the crowd. Kaantaa leapt off the stage before the creature left with her scarf. "Oh I am so sorry... My scarf" it landed in the Pooka's antlers. She couldn't help but giggle but a woman of her stature of only five foot four was intestines next to the creature.

Snorting roughly, Marius shook his head to try and dislodge the scarf. It was a very soft material, and swished over his face and fur. Pleasant feeling, but quite an inconvenience at the moment. Hunching up his shoulders, he bent his head forward and shook his antlers back and forth, succeeding in shifting the cloth away from his face. It hung in front of him, obscuring the stage. In his peripheral, he was movement to his left. A constellation moved to his side. Not just anyone apparently, it was the scarf-owner.

Lowering his head more, he practically laid down in front of the woman. "Would you mind terribly...?" He tilted his antlers and the scarf towards her, awkwardly trying to keep her in his line of sight.

((Sorry for the wait, and the shortness, trying to get back into the groove :sweat))
