This should explain to you how to set up your journals. Hopefully this styling will make it easier to find your pets as well as the rps they are involved in for growths. This shows step by step how to set up your journals. If you actually want one to look at, you may look at Eftemie's, quote her posts, just be sure to change images and information.
1. There will be only ONE journal for each person. This is to keep the forum clean and journals easy to find.
2. In the Title put [YOUR NAME] in brackets. If you wish to title your journal, do so after your name has been added in brackets.
3. Introduction should be the very first post. It tells who the journal belongs to and that others should follow the rules and not ask to buy your pets. Below is an example:

5. News & Updates should be the third post. The first portion is the News. The second portion of this post is Updates. This is entirely up to you whether you want to post what you have done to your journal recently. You do not have to.

6. Story Index should be the fourth post. Each ghostling should have their own story index listing all their rps by Title/Description/Date Finished. The reason for this is RP evolutions. If all the RP information for one ghostling is kept in one place, it will make it much easier for us to check to see how far you are to gaining a new stage via RP.
All Ghostlings and Oversouls should have their own story index as they can evolve with effort. Lores do not evolve so it is not necessary for them to have an index unless you want to add them in.
Here is an example of a story index:
Repeat the process for the next ghostling. You should have plenty of space to put three or four together in a post or even separately on the first page.
7. We ask that you reserve the rest of the first page for this purpose. As you add more ghostlings to your journal, you will need that space to continue to list RP information on the first page.
8. The Second Page begins your gallery. We ask that you put one ghostling or oversoul per post. Lores do not evolve and if they are tied to a particular ghostling, (example, Valkon & Tai Zahra) you may put them together in your profile post for that ghostling. Include not only images, but also a written profile describing such things as:
Personality, History, Likes, Dislikes, Art
Frequently update this when you RP and figure out even more about your ghostlings. It makes it easier for others to find information and decide to RP with you.
