I come and lurk here sometimes, but I have never encountered one of her awe-inspiring threads.
Now, who is she?

Dally is the one who created Face the Strange, a failfiction that fails almost on the level of My Immortal, except My Immortal is the ultimate failfiction while Face the Strange is its younger sibling trying to live up to it.

Dally is not a person on Gaia, however she has her own simple forum website where she keeps her story.
