And I love how I just openly tell you these things like nbd.
SO I RECENTLY JUST MEASURED MYSELF TIT WISE.
And I thought they've gotten smaller, I thought they did. And I lost some weight so idk it was maybe I lost some boobage.
I just measured myself in curiousity
I went up a whole cup size.
Some one kill me.
OR CHOP DEM THINGS OFF.

Well you could still be growing. After all you are not completely an adult yet.
I don't think they are anything to be ashamed about but you could just keep on trying to exercise I suppose?

I've been trying exercises, and I've done a lot of research. the most they go down is like, a cup size. Maybe half a cup. This sucks.

Exercises for your chest muscles will most likely increase your cup size because you'd just gonna add muscle under the breast tissue. confused
Also, as Pris says, you are still most likely growing. Hell, I don't think my boobs really "stopped" until I was like 24ish? I know women whose boobs are STILL growing and they're in their early 30s.
ALSO, if your underband measurement went down, that means your boobs themselves haven't changed, but because the underband dropped the cup size has to go up to compensate.
Not on topic but I don't feel like going to your other thread:
How many clasps/hooks do your bras usually have? I would recommend no less than 3, ideally 4.

The one I have now is 3.
If it helps I'm a 36DDD, half an inch away from a DDDD.
