Honestly, You do have cloud listed as a Hostile village AND, You guys ended your alliance with us because of Fenrir, who we said several times was a rogue.

Under previous administration. And nothing much I could do about it. And rp wise, Hiro hasnt come to me like he asked on his sister's account. Just started a war. I don't were its under my grounds to go to him for a Truce when he has neglected to see me at all.
