Tell me what you like about me as the guild owner and things you like about how im running the guild. Also tell me your complaints and give me advice so I can improve on the guild biggrin . Thanks for anyone who gives me feedback here biggrin . heart

I think you are a great guild owner overall, I don't know how old you are but I think you should definitely work on your spelling/grammar, that's about my only concern with the guild because I don't take misspelled or poorly written announcements seriously, but that's just me.

I think you're doing pretty well. Running a guild is harder than it sounds. As long as you're using the guild for it's true purpose(s), then it's all good.

I don't like how in every announcement you make you say 'Please add me', or, 'Please meet me and be my friend!,'. It makes you look desperate.
And can you try to post a little more in forums?

I think you're doing your best for this type of guild.
However, the contests should be kept to actual contests,
Like, that are actually winnable. c:

Well, I really think you should try to keep a lot of people active. I think you need to host contests and such to keep us interested, such as Writing Contests, Bumping Contests, just NOT tektek's, those are used everywhere and frankly, I am kinda sick of them. Just do your best, I'm the vice captain of a not-so-recognised-yet guild, so I can give you pointers. The difference is, at my guild, we ban those of inativity.

i was thinking like of qett more qold in the quild . like a funraisin . but we can qet somethin for the quild and for us . but i dont know wat exactly .

I agree with what Gwen says. You can be quite random on a few things... but the way you use your spelling and grammar can be a bit of a turn off. =x Try improving from there when it comes to announcements?

Well, you're doing great but if you want to talk to your members more, try to talk more in your own guild rather than asking for adds in announcements. It makes you seem detached from the overall members rather than the few regs here .___.
Maybe we could do some other contests and events to spread the interest and get the word out about the place.
One last piece I'd like to add: Do yourself what you expect of your guild members! It may not be the flourishing guild you want yet, but being active yourself can make the newer people not as shy. I'm still not really comfortable here because I can't relate to anything...I still want to support the cause though!

I haven't been in this guild long but I have to agree with what the others are saying especially when it comes to your activity. I imagine is it quite strenuous to run a guild on this matter but the fact is to make this guild a good one we should all probably be a bit more active within it and outside of it to make its topic known.
