Well, apparently, none of these techniques use ammo so I took the liberty of not adding that part. Hope that that's all right sweatdrop .
Oh, Supersonic and Mental Melody are my personal skills. Mimic can be used for everyone.
Username: Kagetsukiko RPC name: Tsubasa Sonitus-Confuto
Skill name: Mental Melody Rank: C Limits: Must be able to learn minstrel/bard skill. Only affects the user. Can only be used with non-offensive skills (ex: Improvised Spirit). Skill description: By playing a song in their head, musicians can reap all the benefits and deductions of their song without letting anyone else hear and be affected by it. Using Mental Melody requires an extra D-rank amount of energy in addition to the normal energy amount of the song being sung. Sirens are able to use Mental Melody while playing/ singing a song out loud but are unable to use Nature's Harmony while Mental Melody is being used and vice versa. Sample: Tsubasa was by herself, surrounded by enemies, and tied to a pole. She doubted that she would be able to escape as she was but what if she had a little boost? It would be bad if the others heard her singing so she would need to think the song in her head and play it like that. Sounding out Improvised Spirit through her head, Feather got lucky and managed to think a song that raised her class abilities. While maintaining the tune in her head, Feather started to hum a tune, her own personal melody, and managed to free herself in no time.
Skill name: Mimic Rank: C Limits: Siren musicians only. Skill description:Thanks to their mastery of sound and sensitive ears, siren bards are able to perfectly mimic any sound with their own voice after training. They are also able to copy songs that they have heard and play them perfectly on an instrument of their choice, with the sound of the song being different with each instrument, of course. When copying a skill, Mimic will create the exact same sounds as the skill but without the effects. While it is considered a C-rank skill to learn, Mimic requires only an E-rank amount of energy to use. Sample: Tsubasa snickered silently from the box she was hiding behind. It was hilarious messing with her friend, who currently thought that his movie star idol was currently hiding behind the box to avoid the paparazzi. "Now go away! I need to get out of here," the girl shouted, mimicking the exact sound of the annoyed voice of the person she was mimicking. It was fun, but she was starting to get cramps from crouching down so much.
Skill name: Supersonic Rank: D Limits: Musicians only. Skill description: Supersonic sends out a high-pitched vibration that confuses the enemy. When using it on a target that can't hear the vibrations, roll a six-sided dice: odd numbers mean that the enemy is confused and even numbers mean that the move failed. When using it on a target that can hear the vibrations, roll a four-sided dice: odd number mean that the enemy is confused, 2 means that the enemy's sense of hearing is messed up, and 4 means that the enemy's vision is messed up. Because Supersonic relies on vibrations and not actual sound, it can even be used on those who are deaf or who have blocked their sense of hearing in some form or another. The targets for Supersonic can be chosen freely by the user and the effects can last up to five posts (the user can choose a shorter duration if they want to). People in a confused state must roll a six-sided dice on every turn: even numbers mean that their attacks have somehow managed to hit them (no way to dodge this), 1 and 3 mean that their attacks have worked perfectly fine, and 5 means that their attack completely missed the intended target and caused absolutely no damage at all (this includes "lucky shots" that managed to miss the target but still cause harm by knocking over a pillar or something onto the target). Sample: Tsubasa was tired of dodging the seemingly endless stream of magic that the arcanist sent at her both mentally and physically. Her wings and the rest of her body were starting to get tired with the numerous twists and turns she had to use to dodge the attacks. She had fired a Supersonic not too long ago, only to see that it didn't work. Since then, she hadn't been able to send another one. Finally, though, the girl saw her chance and immediately hit an extremely high note on her ocarina. The arcanist wouldn't hear it nor would he be able to feel the vibrations of the sound, but hopefully it'd affect him. After playing the note, the girl tensed her muscles to dodge another onslaught, which promptly came and caused Feather to immediately flinch--all of the hits had managed to hit the arcanist. Ouch, yeah, the technique had worked the second time around.

Username: No.
RPC name: Don't matter.
Skill name: Mana Leech
Rank: E
Limits: Arcanist, Master
Skill description: With this power, the Arcanist can absorb the energy forces of other things. The arcanist must touch the being it's draining off of in order to actually absorb the energy. The energy absorbed is 5% of the users total energy supply.
Sample: If I need a sample, honestly. Tell me. Busy doing other stuff in the guild.
The reason it's E, is because all in all, I want the drain to be less then the cost. Even at a trainee level, the cost will almost outweigh the gain, which is only 17.5 (Round if you will) 18 energy, subtracting the cost, will only gain 8 Points of energy. Unless you'd like to make the level higher in general.
I made that ability because we don't have the ability yet.

Kage: Mage that siren skill for Sirens only. Then, when you add it to sirens, simply put under requirements, "Bard/Minstrel."

Hmm... That explains why he didn't answer for so long. He actually did but I didn't notice it....
Meh, either way, should I just go and edit it in now or should I leave it to Fenrir?

About the last skill that has to do with shurikens, there are two things I want to say about it: 1)I'm alright if the skill will only be allowed for ninjas/assassins. I understand that it's probably not something that others (like bards) should be able to do. 2)Can shurikens, throwing knives, and kunais (maybe senbons but I'm not sure about those) all be part of the same weapon style? They're all pretty similar in usage so I figured it'd be all right but….
Oh, and all of the skills except for Air Goggles are available to everyone.
Username: Kagetsukiko RPC name: Tsubasa Sonitus-Confuto
Skill name: Sonic Annoyance Rank: D If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: Must be a bard/minstrel to use. Skill description: By playing a distorted note, a sonic pulse that disturbs the targets' sense of hearing is created. For five posts, anyone affected by this move will hear an annoying buzzing noise coming in from all directions that will distract them. Any attacks that require the target to physically hear something will only have half as much of an effect on targets affected by this skill. Sample: Tsubasa stressed as she just barely dodged a blow from the lycan. Even after using Sonic Disturbance, the blasted wolf was still managing to accurately aim punches at her through a combination of smell and hearing. Playing one more note, the girl sought to disable the former of the two remaining senses, hearing, at least a bit and see if the blows would become any easier to dodge. It worked, now all the girl needed to do was figure out a way to stop her pursuer's sense of smell.
Skill name: Air Goggles Rank: E If it uses ammo how much: 0 Limits: Must be able to use wind magic. Skill description: By shaping a protective layer of stationary air around one's eyes, a pair of goggles can be created to protect the eyes against a variety of conditions (ex: swimming underwater, walking through a sandstorm). Air Goggles can also be used on other parts of the body and even the entire body if need be. Sample: In a single movement, Feather dived from the boat and into the water not so far below. On the way down, she shaped the air around her into a stable layer around her eyes, protecting her vision from the salt water that soon surrounded them. She had considered using the skill to surround her entire body with air instead of just her eyes but decided against it, figuring that she didn't really need to keep her feathers dry.
Skill name: Catch Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: 0 Limits: Must be able to use shurikens. Must be at expert rank. Skill description: By grasping a weapon by its sides and avoiding its sharp blade, it is able to catch it in mid-air. Of course, this only works for thrown projectile weapons since close-range and machine-generated attacks are usually too strong. Sample: Tsubasa shifted her eyes from one side to the other in rapid succession. She could hear someone but, at the same time, she couldn't hear them. Her echo sensing told her that she was being followed but her ears kept on changing their mind. When they finally did catch onto something concrete, the whisper of wind being torn apart by something, Feather reacted without even thinking, turning around and just barely catching a kunai between her fingers before it impaled into her face. "Wh-what the…," the girl began before hearing the same whisper, multiplied by about 50, right behind her, "Gah!". She quickly jumped up and flapped her wings, practically thrusting herself into the air if that was possible.

2nd: FENNNNNNNNNN!
3rd: Approved, though only Experts should be able to do this. Add that to the limits.

While it could be used as a shield, the most it would probably be able to do is keep things dry and ward off acid <.< . It won't be able to do something like deflect projectiles and whatnot. Well, maybe the sand of a sandstorm if that counts as a projectile but that's probably it's limit unless someone thinks of something else that's about that weak.

RPC name: Jasper Sintere
Skill name: Holy Orb Burst
Rank: C
If it uses ammo how much: N/A
Limits: Paladin
Skill description: It provides light that blinds the opponent and is necessary to use the Burst Light Skill. It may follow the opponent so the next skill has a better chance to hit, nce it is close enough it will explode. It has a five feet radius [Explosion].
Sample:
Jasper smirked, "I had enough of this play time." The lycan growled and began to charge at Jasper. Jasper closed his hands and when he opened them, and orb of blinding light came out and just floated there. The Lycan whimpered, while covering his eyes. "Now its time to finish this." The orb began to follow the Lycan, and once it was in range, it exploded and sent the Lycan flying off the cliff.

Skill name: Exorcism
Rank: B
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Paladin / Cleric
Skill description: A Spell that uses the holy powers to reverse the rise of the undead, ultimately making the Necromancer powers useless seeing as how it can't summon its minions. It is done by muttering a prayer to purify the land. Once cast, the opponent may not summon minions for 5 post.
Sample:
Jasper grunted, he was getting tired of these damn minions. "Why don't you just fight me head on?" The Necromancer chuckled, he summoned more undead warriors and all at once, he sent them to attack. Jasper smirked and began to chant a spell, in a matter of seconds the undead soldiers fell to the ground. The necromancer looked at Jasper in fear, he tried to summon more of his weak demons but could not. Jasper smirked as he dashed at the man. [And so on]

Eh, this counts as post two. ---------------------------------
Username: Hiro_Uzaki
RPC name: Jasper Sintere
Skill name: Shield of Righteousness
Rank: A
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Paladin
Skill description: The shield may block any dark attack, may block B Rank and lower Arcane spells and send them back at the caster, and may cause a holy blast of light only in one direction. The shield's light may burn through the flesh of Lycans and Vampires. The shield may be broken much easier by physical strength while using this technique. [ After using this technique, the shield will be like wood for two post]
Sample:
Jasper looked around frantically, he was officially being ganged up on. On the right was a Mage, and on the left was a Lycan. "s**t...." The Lycan charged as the mage began to chant. The Lycan slashed at Jasper but Jasper put his shield up at the Lycan and sent a Blast of Holy Light at the Lycans face. The dog would feel as if his face was on a stove. Jasper stabbed through the heart of the Lycan and looked to the Mage who had sent a blast of energy at him. Jasper put his shield up to block the spell and the spell seemed to deflect back toward the mage.
