So now you can tip people based on their posts. It's a simple 25 gold, and a really insightful post can make booku bucks. What do you all think of this change?
I think it's genius. It encourages quality posts, provides a new way for people to make money (say with stories and such) and doesn't introduce more gold into our already inflated economy (in fact, with announcements there are people tipping on those...HELLO GOLD SINK)
Comments? Criticisms? Cucumbers?

Yeah~...I kind of never post outside of this guild myself, so...this isn't going to do much for me. It's a nice enough idea though I guess. I can only imagine what people with 100+ page threads are making off of this now though.

I don't really have an opinion on it either way. I'll probably use it. It was annoying in CB yesterday though, with so many "TIP ME" or "TIPPING IS STUPID" threads...

If a lot of the same stuff on the forums was used in guilds
that would be so many kinds of awesome! Guilds still need
major updates. I know it would help out a lot here.

that would be so many kinds of awesome! Guilds still need
major updates. I know it would help out a lot here.

I see, in my absence I must have misunderstood the program. I thought if you tip then gold is generated to the person receiving the tip and no gold deducted from the tipper. But I must have been mistaken.
