What exactly is it?
Im too lazy to find out myself sweatdrop

is it a marathon on tv, documentary, week to celebrate sharks?

My school's Mascot is the sharks so everytime i heard that it's shark week, i get reminded of school stressed

Also discuss, your school/college mascot if any

It's an entire week dedicated to sharks on the Discovery channel. I don't really keep up with it because seeing people get attacked by sharks kinda gets old after awhile. I watch it sometimes though at like 1am when nothing's on.

Oh and it's not only shark attacks, they have some marine biologists who study them by swimming through the water and making them bite cameras.

My personal favorite however are the great white breaches, where the sharks swim from the bottom of the ocean and fly out of the water, like so. 4laugh
