Name: Resshin
Aliases/ Nicknames:
Human Age: Three Years
Kitsune Age Five hundred and sixty-nine Years
Rank:
Height: 2' 8"
Weight: Thirty-one pounds
Personality: What can one say about a girl eternally a child? As if having been prevented from growing up, the seemingly youngest of the kitsune finds herself embracing this with the utmost of joy. Grins, tears and tantrums all. For the most part, one will discover that little Resshin is quite the affectionate soul, motor mouth always at the ready to talk the ears off the nearest 'big person'. Hardly ever one to deal with business, without some form of outer presence to coax her into compliance.
As a mortal, even at a young age, Resshin carried forth the 'big sister impulse' as her mother had called it, when her youngest sibling had been born a year before her death. This impulse carried over the following year, into her death, which seemed nigh impossible for the young child to comprehend. Nonetheless, the descendants of that younger sister find themselves being watching by Resshin, the impulse keeping her bound to them in one way or another. Above all, this is one of the few stimuli which will break Resshin of the innocence for a brief period.
The fox spirit, which is the one which seems to handle the business end of the afterlife bestowed upon Resshin, makes things obvious when she's in control for conversation. A calm, not known by Resshin, is displayed, as patient as can be. Then is when wisdom is attempted to be conveyed, more often than not cut short by an increasingly impatient girl.
Theme Song(s):
Physical Description: Physical Description... You're joking, right? A spirit so insignificant, one would be rather strapped for ways to describe her. Considering her size, one can definitely call her what any small child can be considered. Chubby. Although not overly so. Her snowy skin is expected, as is the rosy complexion which seems to bless her with an eternal blush upon her cheeks. Seeing some kind of family resemblance? Much like her niece and nephew, who had been taken by the fox spirits around the same time, Resshin had a blue coloration added to what had been a blond color. While her hair had darkened, the chocolate-like eyes which had made her so precious, ebbed away into the golden color of the grains. Resshin's a bit odd in some cases.... As her ears seem rather small, and their coloration are of a very bold white. Her tails? Well... One would expected a couple of stark white tails as well, right? Wrong. Her tails aren't quite lengthy, and are a clashing red-orange, tipped in black.

Resshin's hair is commonly done up in pig tails, as per her orders with some of the others.

One can find Resshin within a variety of forms of dress. Primarily, for the sheer factor of convenience in dress for the toddler sized kitsune, she can be found in a variety of sun dresses. Majority of the time, they are of a autumn or spring color, leaning towards orange and green, classifying the traditional brown one can picture in earth as "icky".
Second outfit one can find Resshin in is, as expected, a kimono. Again, the designs often resemble some form of plant, her favorite being an array of colorful petals of green against a soft blue color.
The final outfit, which is deemed 'play gear' by Resshin, and many others, is a simple pair of overalls and some kind of tee. The purple like corduroy overalls are only worn within the den of kitsune, as they are a lot more fitting than the sun dress or the kimono.
Mystic Dagger Name/Description: Unari no Shindou - Quite literally, 'Howl of Earth'. It is said to have been pressed beneath the ground by the fox spirit's wish. The materials it is composed of appear to be that of obsidian. Oddly though, one can see the silver polish of steel mixed within the stone. Surely, this was only something forged beneath the surface of the earth. It's pommel bears a simple sized diamond. Due to the size of Resshin, the blade, although of a normal size, appears larger than it is. As one of the kitsune's daggers, Unari no Shindou wields the might to control the element of the earth.
Weapon Abilities:
Ma-Auto! (Time Out!): The base premise for the technique is to raise up a pen of sorts, to prevent escape. Typically, it is raised up as a dome, however this can only be held up only a maximum of fifteen minutes per dome. However, to perform 'Ma-Auto!', the victim must be led to the previously set up location, which can be noted as six polished stones in a hexagon.
This technique, when performed lasts three posts, pending one does not break free. Cool down is approximately two posts, unless broken, where cool down is decreased to one.

Poppu Hou! (Pop Cannon!): Poppu Hou is a rather interesting technique in execution. One of the few projectile techniques, the power to shift the earth coaxes a sort of barrier between Resshin and her opponent. This deed is not in any way an escape, as soon enough, an old fashioned cannon rolls up over the crest. Lacking the typical form of firing, one will notice the top is capped, making it seemingly harmless. A toy, at that. Once prepped within, the contents explode forth, shards of various minerals and metals will propel at the foe.

Bokki Ichigeki! (Stiffening Poke!): Although not quite a poke as a slash, the ever sharpened obsidian blade. Once it pierces of the flesh, and draws blood, then the reiatsu reinforced assault begins. The technique induces a stiffening of a limb, to the point where it appears that it appears as if petrified and exists as naught but stone. Eventually, the effect wears off, usually four posts after.

Wakuwaku Yuri! (Tremble Tremor!): Wakuwaku Yuri is the technique that Resshin will usually steer away from. Coaxing the land below, an earthquake is generated. It's strength usually bucks and varies, however one thing is certain, it is wide spread. As it peaks, Wakuwaku Yuri will spout forth shards of super heated rock, as a result.
Wakuwaku Yuri has a build up of five posts, followed by a cool down of five posts. However, the cool down has an effect on the terrain about them, raising temperatures. The technique itself can be felt from quite a distance.

Fox Transformation Description Resshin's transformation into the fox spirit is unique among the kitsune, it seems. Perhaps it is the stubborn nature of her age, however there are two stages to the little girl's transformation. Primarily, little Resshin resembles a pup of the fox's former glory. With the two tails still to display that it is still not to be underestimated. However, more often than not, the limited ability of the 'kitsune pup' as it has been called, is not quite up to snuff to take out the foe. In which case, Resshin stops bothering the spirit (considering once it is no longer the pup, it she is of the color she despises most) whom is helping her, resulting in the full fledged kitsune. With two tails, its coloration becomes rather intriguing, and despite its moderate size, each step placed by the fox form seems to make the ground tremble. Once fully awakened, the might of the six star kitsune rises beyond the bounds of the the terrakinesis, into the bounds of manipulating various metals within the soil, refining ores into potent weapons.
Fox Transformation Abilities

Kakurenbo! (Hide and Seek!): Within the form of a pup, still bound by the limitations of Resshin, only one new ability is awakened. Kakurenbo is a technique which utilizes the power to control the ground as a form of tunneling. It' a passive ability, which allows the fox to elude attacks, and on occasion, toss a large stone or two from a variety of directions.

Tesuban Kousenjou (Ancient Iron Battlefield): With the newly awakened abilities to shift iron and various metals, the fully formed fox finds itself raising the ores and precious minerals from the earth below, in a vertical sweep, resembling a katana's blade rising from the ground, intending to strike the foe.

Kouseki Kikou (Mineral Armor) biggrin rawing from deep beneath the ground, stone and a variety of metals and minerals surface, circling about and forming about the fox. Blades of obsidian and steel find themselves protruding from the armor. Despite the drop on speed one would normally experience from this hike in defensive and offensive capability, the fox form will hardly move, the earth moving Resshin in her stead.

Kasairyu (Pyroclasmic Volcanic Eruption): A deep rooted technique which can be paired with the kitsune of fire's assistance. Without her assistance, a tower of molten rock fires upward, showering down upon the battlefield. As it rages, Resshin will take cover beneath a dome of stone, hoping to find the enemy incinerated, crushed or fossilized. Nonetheless, without the fire Kitsune to coax a continuous stream fire and brimstone with her, it resolves in one big bang.
Without the cooperation of the fire kitsune, Kasairyu resolves in one post. Otherwise, it can be carried on for a total of three posts. Cool down for this particular move is five posts, regardless.

Bio: Autumn of the year, fourteen hundred and forty-one. It was a joyous day, for one of the local lords, as his first born child was brought forth into the world. None would know the mountain side castle would be host to a series of tragedies in the near future, as they had no reason to do anything but celebrate. The lord's first daughter, and that meant the day was one to enjoy. Moving forward a couple of years, the young child had been pretty much given free roam, with the wet-nurse always chasing not too far behind. Lessons and the like would come soon enough. Little Resshin had received wonderful news, as her guardian had informed her, another child was on the way. Of course, the months flew by, with the little girl playing happily, all the while her mother was undergoing the birthing process all over again. Just a few months away from her own birthday, Resshin became an older sister, and the little voice telling her to look out for the little one began to whisper. The impulse, as she had been told. For the remaining few months of her life, she had been the best sister she could possibly be, squashing things and bringing toys to and fro, when tragedy struck. Resshin had fallen ill, unidentifiable.

It was autumn, and the day of Resshin's birth. Third birthday, it seemed only a big deal to her, as she had been wished a good day by her nurse. The fact that she had lived this long was a glorious thing, yet it was horrid. The younger daughter had fallen ill with the very same sickness, and all hurried to try and treat her. Life was previous after all, and Resshin had survive the last several weeks with little more than a fever and frequent bouts of fits and dizziness, she'd been bed ridden. Enough with the bed, the girl had thought, as she had slipped out, while the nurse was away. Energy brimmed within the child, as she tottered through the corridors. and into the courtyard. An hour later, shouts roared. The eldest child was but three years old, and missing!

Into the nearby woods Resshin had gone, her need to explore had overpowered her this day, and had hustled her way into the woods, where her attention had been caught immediately. A rabbit, running its way away from the castle, the toddler had found herself trying to catch it, soon enough there was no way back. Lost, the child cried, as she wandered in an attempt to find her way back, as the illness took hold one final time, collapsing in the woods. Before everything went cold, she swore she could feel something, and yet... She could do nothing as her life ended.

This fiasco had turned into the first tragedy of the mountain side castle. Little did anyone realize, the young form of Resshin had used the woods time and again to avoid the strangers who had come forward, in an attempt to separate her from her home, the shinigami had apparently been unable to track the little girl, who watched over her baby sister as she grew up, got married and began to have children of her own. Fourteen years had passed, and they were only the beginning, as big sister Resshin found herself charged with new duties. Her first born nephew, and she was compelled to keep him safe, just as she had her sister. Time passed onwards and soon enough, the last of her nieces and nephews had been born. Unable to really care for them, she quietly stayed off to the side, interfering only when they could possibly be harmed.

However... Time passed, and the war began. Burning fields, the scent of blood. It wasn't something familiar to the little spirit. At the end of it all, it ended up being something that even the dead couldn't handle. The castle was falling. The eldest boy was away, and the number of people present was far too great for her to do anything about. In her frustration, the miraculous innocence that had seemingly kept the child away from hollowfication for nigh thirty years seemed to waver.
Poor child... The last thing the girl had heard as a human soul, when the fox spirit had appeared. Oddly enough, this spirit was there in mourning. As a mere spirit, she was unable to defend the land from this war, watching her lands burn and become tainted and perverted by blood that should not have been shed, she approached in a bout for power to the most pure spirit she could find. Resshin, as a child of eternal bliss, teetering on the brink. The fox spirit had swallowed her pride, and took this child's spirit as her host, thinking it would be her own soon enough.

At some point, the child awakened to the world once more, the smoldering canopy of treetops. Trees were overturned, and chaos had erupted. The only thing she recognized was her nephew, who had returned to find his home destroyed, and the girl chased as best she could. It wasn't until sometime later she realized protruding from her backside was a bushy tail. Perhaps she had been too preoccupied, nevertheless, she paid little mind to it. She was different, but the big sister impulse was too great to ignore. Alas, she had missed it. Another battlefield, yet the only thing registered was the cut down form of Kiyen and the fox found itself intervening once more, as she wandered off. She hadn't been taken by the mean men... Surely Kiyen and her nieces had escaped them. They couldn't disappear without her! Her family line had come to an end, but she searched for them nonetheless. Eventually, she had found herself among others like her. The furry ears and tails, they had said she was a kitsune, something she clearly didn't understand. The ball she had kept remained with her, and in due time, she ran into familiar faces, where she remained as the sixth kitsune.
