A reaper has powers over life and death.
If it is NOT someones time to go yet, they the reaper can restore them to life.
You destroyed an entire universe, thus killing billions.
The reaper restored them.
As for the planet, I'll just use my secret chest of unimaginable horrors to restore the planet ^.^
I am of course going off of the powers that the reaper has in...
