The Jade Dragon is owned by a young hound named Mei, daughter of an upperclass family in Caspia. Having wanted to break away from the luxuries she grew up with and broaden her horizons, she moved to the very heart of Syria: Babylon. There she hopes to follow her passion of precious stones, able to find just about any material needed with her sensitive nose.
