i dont know any books or anything that would help you here...telepethy works differently for every person...so a book would only be a guide for so far...you have to discover how you allow your mind to reach out in order for it to work...

The Idea of being able to communicate with animals has always been a hard concept for some to grasp. There really is no way to have the full link of communication between man and beast because our minds cannot comprehend each other. It is possible too have a small link of understanding between the two minds though. The ability to sense the presence of one another and mood as well as some simple suggestion are possible with enough training. Always remember that when you link with an animal, you are not controling them, you can make a suggestion for them to do something, but they have their own free will.

In this first lesson, you will learn the first technique in sending the linnk between yourself and a subject. This happens to be one of the hardest parts in this group of lessons. It will take much concentration and effort to do this. Always remember to be patient, and your hard work will pay off in the end.


How to form the link

This first part will help you learn how to extend yourself and reach out into another.

The first thing you need to do is be able to block out interference. You cant allow anything to distract your concentration because you will be sending a part of yourself out of your body.

Next work in front of a mirror. Concentrate on a point between yourself and the mirror. Imagine extending a thread out from yourself to the point. Draw it further and further until you have it touching the mirror. This is where it gets hard. This is also the trick to the process of sending and recieving telepathic messaging or suggestioning.

You must bend the thread back from the mirror, but keep it attached to the mirror surface. This will take a lot of effort and concentration and it will not work on your first few tries, trust me. You need to draw it althe way back inside your head. Then you must bend it once more into the mirror sending the full connection between yourself and subject. Perfect this skill before trying it on other things. It will take a while to develope this far. You need to be able to make this connection very quickly for it to work on things. Paractice it slowly and then slowly try to push faster and faster. Do not overdo it though, you can strain your mind and spirit.
