Just an observation, but the Turtles seem to have a strange penchant for disembodied brains and blimps.

It was nice to see professor hunnicut/the fugitoid back...even if it was just his image. it was also nice baxter got a body.

this epeisode was actually pretty funny...like when hun sucked up to shredder and then had to go on the "suicide mission"

Speaking of Prof. Hunnicut, did the Turtles keep his robot body? I can't remeber. If so, Don'll prolly figure out a way to load him back up. He won't remember anything after the point he made the back-up file, but they can fill him in.

hunnicut's body was shot off into space in some pod. so, it's currently floating around up there somewhere...

What I found funny was the fact that you get to see Hun and Stockman on the same side -- mainly becouse they're in the same 'boat' -- but watching them work together because of it was funny. Worthless for what it got them in the end . . . but funny.

I would have thought that the Fugitoid would have been able to compress his memory files down sufficiently so that he wouldn't have lost anything at all -- I thought it was really just a dumb excuse for the interaction we got to see between him and Mikey! Poor Mikey!

Mikey is not forgetable.... That was just sad. I wanted to comfort him. Overall, I got to see a whole seventeen minutes of the episode because my stupid tape ran out of room, but my dad filled me in. Thankgoodness he watches and actually gets up that early. But with a new puppy, it's hard not to get get up that early. xp

I can't really take a vote in this poll, because there's not a nice one that would answer the way that I would answer...

With stuff like "Let me go ask my mom" as answers to the poll, it's being a bit saracstic of those that are close to their mother and father. And "The Bible says" means that only religious people are really that close to their mother and father.

Closes doesn't always have to be someone who's either totally dependent on their mother and father. Though sometimes it could be a high level of respect.

I love my mom and dad, they have been behind me my full life, helping me when I need it, with support, money, and just being a friend by my side. I watch a lot of the same TV as them, including Turtles. I like to do a lot of the same stuff as they do, when it comes to drawing, art, and wearing and making costumes. I have no problem introducing my friends to my mom and dad, and usually my friends get along with them as well.

I have been in a spot before where I knew we were doing wrong. Infact this story is out in the open often. And I supported my parents on the matter, and was even doing this along with them.

In 1991, we were turned down by Surge to do TMNT Birthday parties. So we started doing parties any how known as the "Party Turtle" my costume and how I acted it was clear I was protraying a Ninja Turtle, even if I didn't call myself that. We did movie threatres, store openings, and birthday parties. I also would visit hospitals for free.

Legally we were breaking the law using those characters, in 1993 my mom and I decided to try and right our wrong by trying once again to get a lincese. Mirage liked us, but the guy who owned the rights to do costume stuff would not even see us. Therefore, we were put out of business.

It was the best job in my life, even if it wasn't something we were suppose to be doing.

I am usually a strong independent person. While working, I work hard and put my money mainly back into bills. Not trying to catch up or keep up... I put the money in there to stay ahead. Which really helped me recently when I was hurt at work this last October. Most of my bills were paid up till this month (February) though because the injury is still keeping me out of work and I have no income... my mom went ahead and helped me with my bills for the month. She didn't have too, I didn't ask her, and even asked her if she was sure she wanted to do this. Though as she was taught, and I was taught... family is there for each other. Do onto others as you'd wish done for you.

The Turtles have a strong respect for Splinter. And in the Mirage comics this was tested and shown. The first command we ever saw Splinter give the Turtles, was to kill the Shredder. Was this wrong yes, because revenge is not legally correct in any way shape or forum. Though the Turtles went out there and followed through with their mission. Later questioned it in the "City at War" comics. So when they were asked in the show, if they'd be able to turn their back on their father even if they knew what he was doing was wrong... they would of lied if they said yes. Because it's been proven in the past that they'll work with Splinter, esp if they understand his goals.

No, I'm not going to run ask my mom if what I said is ok... and no I'm not going to pick up the bible to find out what I feel in my heart is correct. I'm going to follow my heart on this one.

Though I don't feel every family is as close as I am with mine, or the Turtles are with Splinter. I have a friend that was almost mentally killed by her parents. I had to save from her home, her mother acted as if we were kidnapping her... though she's 24 years old and has the right to leave. But at that time in her life they had her so drugged up she could barely think, let alone do anything else. She was toe tapping, asking the same questions every five minutes, and couldn't remember what she did ten minutes ago... and this is my best friend. We took her from her family, got her back to the point where she's doing well enough to think and her meds are lowered... she lives on her own now... and keeps some touch with her family, but it'll never be like I am with my family.

Every family is different. And I feel I understand totally with where the Turtles stand with Splinter.... because that's how I stand with my family. I will put my life up on the line to save any member of my family... even my pets... (which my sister and I did do once, running back into a house when we were told it could explode, just to save the animals).

Difference is what makes this world so great, though it also makes it so not everyone can see eye to eye on where others stand.

The "Let me go ask my mom" option was actually intended as irony, in relation to the question, rather than sarcasm. I am quite close to my mother and rarely make a major decision without her input. The bible thing was just a reference to that, often inacurate, "honor thy father and mother" ideal. wink

I've often wondered, after the fact, if non-fans knew what I was talking about when I said "TMNT".

Of course! If anyone else won the SuperBrawl you'd know it was the sham that it actually is. lol
