Location = Discovery Park (east parking lot side)
Theme = "Fun in the sun/Garage sale"
Several folks (myself especially, due to desperately needing money for my AkiCon badge) will be bringing various stuff to sell or trade, and it is wise to bring some cash to enjoy it all (in my case, plenty of dollar bills since a lot of what I'm selling is cheap).
Aside from that, since the location is at the edge of a forest, it'd be a good idea to cosplay as characters that would be at home in such a place (heck, even ninja would find the park to be quite homey).
