I'm sure as many have you noticed, Tomoyo is different then to her CCS counterpart. For one thing, Tomoyo and Sakura don't even know each other, especially for living in completely different realms. What is your opinion on her slightly changed personality? She's still generally sweet and caring but also appears to be wise and witty.
I felt this could be an interesting subject to look at and could get some dissussion going.

All the characters have personality changes in Tsubasa. Syaoran's not a "jerk", when Sakura loses her memory she is nothing like normal, etc. etc. ...Anyways, Tomoyo seems like she is wise beyond her years, so I do agree. sweatdrop

Hmmm.... she reminds me of the same Tomoyo as in CCS. I wonder if she will meet Sakura... you never know. wink

Actually, I believe Tomoyo still has a very similar personality. As Yuuko-san said, even though they are in different worlds, they have the same soul. Syaoran's not-as-much-of-a-jerk personality could be due to the fact that he is older in this manga. I think that the characters still age at the same rate through the many worlds. He's more mature now and the one in the CCS world is probably more mature too.
Now on to Tomoyo. She is still the gentle person that she was from CCS. Chelzbell mentioned that she wasn't this wise and witty person though. I'd like to argue with that point slightly. Since they were 10 in CCS, it is a bit harder to notice, but Tomoyo is the cunning one of their group, like Eriol. She's always there to support Sakura through her adventures and give advice to all her friends. For example, in season 3 when Syaoran falls in love with Sakura, Tomoyo, with her sharp eyes, is one of the first to notice and she is also the one who gives Syaoran the confidence to tell her. In the second movie, she and Meiling-chan are the ones to set the two up on all those occasions. Another example of her wisdom is when Sakura and Tomoyo are shopping and the two discuss the teddy bear story. Tomoyo says something very wise and kind during this scene. She says that even though she would like to be with the person she loves, she'd rather see that person happy. Her loved one's happiness becomes her happiness. We see Sakura follow this advice when she tells Yukito that she loves him. Yukito is really in love with Toya and Sakura understands it and respects his love. So in essence, if Tomoyo has changed, she has not by much.

I didn't say she wasn't wise or witty. She is. Didn't you read it correctly? Myself She's still generally sweet and caring but also appears to be wise and witty. So, I never said she wasn't. >>

It would be nice to see more of Tomoyo. It would be really cool if you could see Tomoyo and Sakura know each other.

I think they eventually do meet in the 7th volume. Because I saw a picture of it and she was on the cover. (BTW Tomoyo is sooo pretty in the Tsubasa version.)
