On top of a mountian covered in snow, there lies a tower made of ice. There lives Elywen(me) a said to be beautiful woman, her hair is silver and long, dow to her knees, here eyes are sharp and silver and pircing like snow, she has huge silver dragon wings and claw like hands. and here baby brother Nimbus a great silver dragon. At the foot of the mountain is a small village that she watches over, you can see her down there visting in the local inn.
I walk in to the inn and sit in the back corner as always, as i watch people come and go. when i relax a bit i start to sing. Armies have conquered And fallen in the end Kingdoms have risen Then buried by sand The Earth is our mother She gives and she takes She puts us to sleep In her light we'll awake We'll all be forgotten There's no endless fame But everything we do It's never in vain
We're part of a story, part of a tale We're all on this journey No one is to stay Where ever it's going What is the way?"

A waitress, reverently settled a cup of rose wine on the beautiful woman's table. Then she took a step back as she listened to her voice slowly over-riding the noise of the evening customers.

I stop and smile at you. "You know you can sit down it would be less harder on your feet" I wave my hand and a chair moves out for you to sit.

The short and seemingly hunchbacked woman, Erethia, entered the tavern, her journey to this small village had been hard, and she had yet a long way to go. She heard singing, not an uncommon things for taverns, she found. But this was different, instead of the drunken bawl she usually heard, it was a sweet voice. She looked around for the source and saw a beautiful woman with huge wings. Through her travles she had seen much but this wasn't something she had expected, she stoped in her tracks and stared. The Taveren had grown quiet when the woman started to sing, and Erethia found that she didn't want to break the silence. Finally getting a hold of herself, Erethia walked over to a table that seemed empty, though the only one that was in that almost full tavern, was one that was near the lady. She didn't care, she was tired, and no amount of abnormality of the situation would stop her from sitting down. As she walked, she made sure not to make a sound, though that was hard concidering the pack with various things like pots and pans slung around her waiste. Once seated, she gave the woman another look from underneath her hooded cloak, then observed the people around her, Her gaze eventually comming back to the woman.

The waitress had no choice but to take a sit. She was in awe of the woman with hints of a fear almost alien to her coming to the fore. She has been always been afraid of one thing or the other, she remembers this much, but this kind of fear was different. She couldn't just ignore it like the others. She tried to glied onto the chair but manage to miss it entirely and barely manage to kiss the floor by placing her hand where her face should have landed. She tried not to groan audibly.

I erupt with laughter "Little one are you ok? you need not be afraid. Are you new to this town? or new to the area completely?" when i speak it's slow and soft so not to rough, but to sound kind and to relax you at bit. My gaze make my way to the woman that just entered the Inn. I smile at her and nod my head in a greeting.

Erethia hesitated a moment then nodded her greeting in return, taking note on how the woman dealt with the situation. A slight smile fell across her nearly completely covered face.

The waitress tried not to choke. Was it so obvious that she doesn't belong? "Um... forgive me my Lady... um... I'm not new at all... I've been working for for a couple of weeks... um... I... I came from... from somewhere east of the River Malanin," she stuttered, her words rolling one after each other, tripping on her tongue unless she stopped to catch up with herself. She tried not to look guilty. She tried not to look like what she was; a runaway slave. With her eyes downcast, looking at the floor that's still a kissing distance away, she could not tell how the Lady was reacting.

Erethia heard and felt the boom, then what the woman said. Her brother? She took another look at the woman, especially the wings. Definitily not like any of the races she knew, or had come accross as of yet... But there was something familier in the wat they looked. A thought came to her, Dragon. No she couldn't be a dragon...
"Your brother, milady?" it was the first time she spoke, her voice was soft and melodic.

The slave turned waitress stared at the woman. it was rude, and she had no right, she knew but she couldn't help staring. So the rumours she has been hearing is true. This town is not like any other. It is true that there are those that are not human around. With the realisation, she lost conciousness and fainted.

The merchant's guard sitting with his fellow workers on a nearby table swings quickly intending to catch the young tavern maid. With a steady arm under the low of her back the guard pulls the girl up and slowly sits her in the floor, a table's bench is out of the question in case she might faint again.
"Hey, Jonas," he spoke to one of his mates, "pass me that cup of yours." Slapping the girl faintly on the cheek he tried to wake her from her stupor.
"Here 't is Gaud. But you'll have t' water it down else the lil' girl might get drunk and I doubt 'er employers might like it!" With a booming laugh he passed the steel cup to his friend. All the while the dragon-woman and the hunched traveler eyed the door and the couple in turns.

The guard kneeling down besides the girl and a couple of his mates looked more like soldiers than merchant's bodyguards... a certain hardened look upon their eyes casted their face in angles, and their humour gave an air of cinicism of those who have seen many horrors in their lives.
They dressed nothing like soldiers but their movements gave them away. Some of them wearing leather jerkins that hung almost to their knees, some only what looked like studded padding for a tunic. Wool and leather trousers peeked here and there above the boots and behind the tunics or shirts. Well-cared but well-worn boots seemed the norm between all of them and all carrying short swords or longswords coupled with knives sticking out of some boots. No colours of emblems displayed on their chests, as if they had given away honour, loyalties and house to work on their own.
Their stand seemed ready and waiting for whatever came through the door, maybe considering if passing the night here might be a good idea after all... something to discuss with their employer. Even if that took leaving their food half-eaten and their ale half-drunk.

"Oh dear, poor little thing, good thing you cought her. And yes my lady my brother, he needs to come down off that mountian sometimes too, but no worries He is a Silver dragon, a good dragon. I am surprised he didn't take human form." I walk over to the young girl and place my hand on her head, i mutter something that sounds like raoring to you and she slowly starts to come around. "There you go thats better, i didn't mean to scare you dear, and you sir what is your name?" my eyes meet yours, they are sharp and cold looking, soul pircing.
