Build: Taller than the average hound Tahirah usually stands a head taller than most, however she isn’t ‘large’ in build, her frame is lean and sleek and could be described as brittle looking. However her bones are very strong, her family having notably being famed for their hunting prowess and endurance. Tahirah hates being dirty and her coat is therefore well kept, the feathering on her legs and tail always free of knots and tangles.

Plots:H i s t o r y:Tahirah originally hails from Caspia, born into a noble family known for it's hunting prestige and lineage however Tahirah wanted to break free, she did not desire simply being partnered with another of Caspia's nobility to carry the males offspring. Tahirah is quiet of character and studious, she is a quick learner and as a pup, much to her parents annoyance she spent most of it with her nose in a book rather than train in the families strengths of hunting. When she wasn't reading Tahirah enjoyed simply walking alone in the countryside studying plants. Soon she began developing a passion for medicines, marrying her love of reading/study with her love of the outdoors. Once at an age where she had enough confidence to challenge her parents desires of their daughter she inflicted them with her own, she desired to progress in her knowledge of medicine by moving to Babylon and setting up an apothecary, allowing her to produce and sell her medicines to patients.
After much heartache and heated arguments Tahirah's parents gave in and Tahirah was freed to follow her own chosen destiny rather the the pre planned one her parents had drawn out for her. Currently Tahirah is still learning, her business young and still developing along side it's owners and has yet to gain any sort of reputation within the hound world.P e r s o n a l i t y: Tahirah is a quiet creature and highly intelligent. She prefers her own company and does little in the way in socialising rather wanting to spend the majority of her time studying and working on her business and developing her skills as a chemist/pharmacist. She is meticulous and likes everything to be done 'just so' and often becomes flustered if something isn't carried out in the way she had intended it to be. She is also very cleanly, personally and in her home and business, much to her slaves exasperation she can become excessively so in laboratory and dispensary. However in contrast when she returns home to Caspia to visit her family and they go out on a traditional hunt she is then not so concerned about her appearance during a hunt, becoming so focused on the task at hand, her natural breeding emanating, though when returning to the family home she can become panic stricken if dirty.
When she isn't shut away in her laboratory however she enjoys getting out into her garden which is managed by her slaves, reminded her much of her puphood when she would escape from her studies.V i e w s u p o n s l a v e s:Tahirah generally trusts her own work than any others and has her reservations about trusting slaves to do her work for her. Though doing menial things are frowned upon in the hound world and often coming from a privileged background she has no knowledge of basic crafts and skills. So Tahirah has to admit she needs slaves to function, at present she only trusts them to run her household focusing on general cleaning and housekeeping, cooking (Tahirah is a VERY fussy eater and so she is willing to pay a lot for a slave with good cooking skills) managing her her medicinal herb garden, greeting patients/customers and stocking the apothecary with medicines she has prepared in her laboratory.
Tahirah is a fair master, she'll provide a basic meal and facilities for slaves though will reward her slaves if they prove their wealth (Rewarding generally comes in the form of trust and praise, allowing the slaves to train underneath her in the art of medicine and treatment and giving them more responsibility). At present it would take a lot for Tahirah to trust a slave to enter her laboratory and aid in the manufacture of her products; somehow they need to prove their loyalty and worth to her. She is not a cruel master, if a slave displeases her she'll confront them, depending on the error she'll either lose trust and faith in them reducing them back down to menial tasks and stop their tuition indefinitely or sell them.
Besides her own slaves Tahirah can seem rather indifference though Tahirah generally sees value in most things, until proven otherwise, so will frown upon the poor treatment of slaves unless it's due. Tahirah can be driven to compassion towards a slave if they prove they are of some worth to her, directly or indirectly, and in that case is is likely to try and do something to aid them in their plight.
