I do so hate the word "moderation." It's always slung about by the Big Business people to make you feel safer using their icky products. They say it's okay "in moderation," but their advertisements and habit of whining every time their profits go down indicate they don't want you to moderate at all, or have such a skewed idea of "moderation" that you think it entails eating three cookies a day instead of four.
