Does Waspel have certain towns that he frequently visits to offer out the treacherous ape humps?
Does he have one sanctuary that he resides in, waiting to pounce on any innocent passerby?
Or does he jump from random towns or topics?

We need to raise as much awareness as possible, so knowing any towns he likes to visit often would be great.
Waspel does not have any specific Towns. If he has no friends to harrass in Towns, he will go to any current popular room of the moment. He
is very popular in the adress 1000 though.
He will usually be hiding behind bushes, trees, houses, or whatever can cover his whole avatar. Don't forget that you can mouse over those areas and search for the plus sign thing.
And yes, he will wander anywhere he can find a good victim. He will mainly go for people who aren't alone, but that is only for new victims most of the time.
And yes, I have met Waspel more than any other victim, and am trying my best to learn more about him in order to keep others safe!
