Name*: Silence Glaive

Descriptive Information: The Silence Glaive is a long staff with two curved blades at the end. The blades curve in towards each other to create a U-shape. The blade part of the glaive is extremely sharp, able to slice through sinew and body tissues like butter in the hands of a capable person. The Silence Glaive is a weapon that was initially forged by the Skye family.

Special Abilities: The glaive can be wielded as both a blade or a staff, but never both at once.

One or Two Handed: It depends on the wielder’s dexterity, along with whether the glaive is being used as a blade or a staff. Using the magical properties of wielding the glaive as a staff requires two hands, while wielding it as a blade merely requires one hand. (This only occurs if a person’s dexterity is 15+.)

-Silence Barrier:
• Prerequisite: None
• Rank: D
• Description: The Silence Glaive projects a purple forcefield in the shape of a bubble that protects the user from any physical attacks for five posts (three of the user’s posts, two of opponent’s posts.)
• Rules: The user cannot make physical attacks while the barrier is activated; Physical attacks by the opponent will do no damage.

-Silence Shockwave:
• Prerequisite: None
• Rank: C
• Description: A sphere of purple Dark energy appears between the two blades of the Glaive, looking like a sphere of purple lightning. The sphere of energy is then hurled at the opponent, violently shocking anything it touches. The opponent will be stunned for one post after the attack.
• Rules: This attack range is 10 meters, meaning it will hit anything within that radius, including the user.

-Silent Seduction:
• Prerequisite: Silence Barrier
• Rank: C
• Description: This technique extends the duration of Silence Barrier to eight total posts. The Silence Glaive emits an invisible pulsing aura, causing the victim to develop an intense infatuation with the user, bending the victim to the user’s will for one of each character’s posts.
• Rules: The user and victim are both highly vulnerable to Magic attacks during this illusion. This MUST be used on a person either of the opposite gender, or homosexual orientation.

-Silence Entombed
• Prerequisite: None
• Rank: A+
• Description: The victim is enveloped in shadows, unable to scream or make any kind of sound as razor-like tendrils of shadow cause serious lacerations in their skin. The lacerations, however, are merely a distraction. The Darkness engulfs the victim and squeezes their body, not stopping until the victim’s bones have been crushed.
