Hydro coughed gently as she laid under a big oak tree to try to get some shade from the rain that continued to pour. She was tired and sick. She hadn't been eating, sleeping, or taking care of herself right period ever since the break-up. She didn't really have anyone to confide in at the moment because Calon kept making her feel horrible at the decision she made. Mint only made her feel worse since she still cared a little for him and he was with another stallion. Now her mate abandoned her. She had no one. No family. No mother to help her through such a time and even no father to help her either. She was helpless and worst of all there was nothing she could do about it. She was at the most vulnerable times of her life at the moment. Could someone help her? Though she was mostly thinking about how much she failed at finding a family. She wanted someone to take her under their wing. An adoptive parent. She didn't care if the mother or father she chose were related at all, but she just wanted someone.
It had been a long time since she felt the love of a family. A very very long time. Shivering from the chill in the air and the fact she lost a little bit of weight, she sniffled. This time it was a mixed of tears. Ones for her mate and the rest for the family she didn't have. Things right now weren't really looking up on her side at all. Maybe it was time for her to go away for awhile? There was only one way she was staying and that was if something kept her here because right now she had nothing worth that kind of an risk.

Marie clenched the two-legger's basket in her mouth, filled to the brim with apples. She focused her eyes as she fought through the rain, heading back to the warmth and safety of the teepee. Pressing forward, she spotted a familiar landmark, The giant oak.
She galloped quickly to the tree, hoping to catch a break from the rain. Once there, she circled around and that's when she spotted it. It was about her size, but curled up tightly in a ball near the tree. She took a step closer, trying to analyze it.
Realizing it was another mare, she placed the basket of appleson the sopping ground, Marie whispered anxiously. "Miss... are you okay?" She took a step closer, nudging the poor thing.

Hydro eyed the female with a hurt expression. She hadn't felt like this in a long time, but this was the worst she had ever felt. This female was trying to talk to her and she really had to feel the best she could at the moment. "I'm fine." She told her weakly as the tears ran off her muzzle before they finally ceased. She eyed the female once more feeling a little more composed then she did seconds ago. "I'm sorry you had to see me like this. I'm going through a bit of a rough spot at the moment. You can go away if you want to. I will understand." She told the female before rising to her feet and sighing deeply.
"My name is Hydro. What is your name?" She asked gazing at her and taking her look in. She was looking for a family to call her own still. She needed it more then ever right now. Her heart pretty much wasn't there anymore. She felt horrible and probably would always feel that way. She just wanted to be able to speak to someone about it. Someone she could call mother or father. "Do you have children?" She asked and this was something she normally asked when she was speaking to someone. It wasn't too foreign for her.
