I wish to begin the planning in order to set up a role-play that takes place during a few of the battles between the Ancients who rebelled against the Faceless ones, and the Faceless ones and the ancients who are still loyal to the Faceless ones.
This role-play will unlikely show the ending of the war, but may end somewhere in the middle of the war, if that makes any sense.
Where do we begin on the planning?

You and I have fought a thousand battles... Yeah, this would do better on the Skulduggery Forums where there is more people...
But I am going for a Neutral Ancient. I have an epic profile all worked out already....And we will fight until time dies and the Shadow is triumphant!

So where do we start in the planning for the Role-Play? Should we try to admit that the stealing of the Staff ends up starting up the sparks to light the flames of war, itself? Or should we try to start off before that moment, but end in the middle of the war, then?

You and I have fought a thousand battles... Create a topic for planning here/ Start at the beginning of the war, with the first rebel Ancients stealing the Scepter and fleeing, eventually being chased by the Faceless Ones and the loyal Ancients in an attempt to recover them. Have the first part at a battle between the two sides, right when they are stealing the scepter....And we will fight until time dies and the Shadow is triumphant!

I have created the thread for setting up the basic planning, but now what's next? We need to go and see if there's more that can be established to help the planning flow smoothly.

You and I have fought a thousand battles... Indeed you have. Well, we should get more people replying and adding ideas when they next log in, so that should be useful....And we will fight until time dies and the Shadow is triumphant!

Are you going to send an announcement to all other members of the guild to be ready to share their ideas as to what to add to the role-play between the beginning and the middle of the war[since the role-play is meant to end while the war is unresolved?]

You and I have fought a thousand battles... Sending out an announcement is beyond me. And any member who would join the RP is probably on the forums already, do it all there. I would suggest creating a character though, I just need to add some things to the bio skeleton first......And we will fight until time dies and the Shadow is triumphant!

You and I have fought a thousand battles... I have one other person, but you're going to need to post a bit in that topic to get peoples attention....And we will fight until time dies and the Shadow is triumphant!

You and I have fought a thousand battles... Yeah, just post occasionally, get people to see that you're active, post a bit in the RP topic so people notice the RP you are making and then they might join....And we will fight until time dies and the Shadow is triumphant!

Thanks, Kiiyashi. So if i must add more, i wonder how we can proceed further, as with working on the scale and scope of the battles during the war itself.
For obvious reasons, the major battles should be the most massive, but some of the other battles in between should be huge in their own right, as well, too.
