Excuse me DubStep-Dj here. I would like to take some of your time to talk about our clan chat channel on runescape. First of all the clan is wonderful with very helpful and nice people in it. But some with higher power than others abuse their privileges as moderators of the clan channel. I was very upset to find that I was kicked from the channel by Shimerin for absolutely nothing. ~keep reading please~ On this day of july 27,2010. No warnings were given and no rules were broke. I harmlessly made a mock account of Masterjadenc , and Oneiros Ren. I said nothing offensive during this time I merely talked to the guild members as a joke nothing offensive or harmful was said. I did not impersonate the other members as to deceive but merely as a prank. And as I was talking in the clan Shimerin kicked me out of the clan. And I asked who kicked my account. He stated he did then i retorted 'noob'. A word that is used very commonly in there and he asked me if I wanted to get kicked on my other account as well. To which I replied do it I don't care. So I was kicked but I did not commit any offense that I am aware of as well I have a picture of the conversation.  Thank you. And please do not edit or move or delete this post please. Until Ren has messaged me about this. Thank you for reading. ~DubStep-DJ~ @ ren: I didn't start any trouble I didn't claim to be jaden or you at any time i was on thoose accounts. They abused power cause I didn't do anything wrong. I even stated Who i was look at the screen shot. Them kicking me was truly not justified.

Honestly I don't even know why Shim has mod powers in CC rolleyes S'all because Tary was trying to make up (in my opinion) for never being here by having "new" mods.
He shouldn't be a mod, I haven't seen him abuse his powers as of yet but he is ALWAYS in a cranky mood and bitchy at something so this honestly doesn't surprise me, and with the fact that when hes usually on when other mods are on its really unnecessary for him to be one.
Sorry that happened to you DubStep-Dj, I don't think you really did anything wrong :/

I would like to say three things
1. Yes I kicked "Oneiros Ran" from the cc. This was the second "mock account" that he created and I felt it necessary to remove it from the cc as it had no place there. I also kicked it to discourage creation of more "mock accounts".
2. When I said "You want a kick too?" that was a warning and you replied with "Do it I dont care". With a response like that youre asking to be kicked and therefore have no right to complain about it.
3. It wasnt even me that kicked you from the cc, it was Snarf. And even though you were annoying me greatly I would not have kicked you anyway if Snarf had not.

I'm assuming this guy just quit as I read this thread. So I'll lock it in a bit. However, I'm wondering something based on that screenie.
He said he owned both Oneiros Ran and Masterjadenc. Was he on both at the same time, or was the chat really that slow that he jumped from account to account and managed to take up the majority of text in that chat? neutral

As Fur said, one of the reasons Shim has mod powers in the CC (from my understanding) was that he was active at the time Tary wasn't.
Even though he's cranky, to my knowledge he doesn't abuse his power. If he gets upset enough, he just leaves. You know - like I do at times. This isn't about whether Shimerin should keep his moderator powers in CC or not.
To look at this situation bluntly, it's about a moderator that kicked an account from the clan chat because it looked like mine. End of situation.
Which I appreciate.
1) SOME people don't look at names closely.
2) SOME people don't look at the GAIA GUILD CC list for the stars saying "This is a moderator."
3) SOME people might take advantage of others naivity and spread lies under that name - "Well, Oneiros Ren said so-and-so from her alternate account Oneiros Ran."
Air, looks like he did quit the guild. I'll remove Jaden's rank in the CC.

I got Mod powers in the chat as well, because of Activity and the usual things I do to help around, but I am not a moderator in the guild. In my honest opinion, people who are not moderators in the guild, shouldn't have the powers in the chat. (Unless you have a conversation with Ren about it, and she Okays it.)

I got Mod powers in the chat as well, because of Activity and the usual things I do to help around, but I am not a moderator in the guild. In my honest opinion, people who are not moderators in the guild, shouldn't have the powers in the chat. (Unless you have a conversation with Ren about it, and she Okays it.) I'm probably a bit bias because I have no issue with you being a mod, but I do with Shim :/ I feel you do a good job and wouldn't abuse your powers, whereas I have seen shim and his bitchy PMSing moods and it worries me :S rarely EVER does he have something nice or good to say.
