Varus online is fast becomming an ever popular site. Its much like Gaia in the way its a forum to post for gold, to buy items for your avatar. Some say the avatars are better, some say nay. I was wondering if anyone else has ventured over to take a peak. As loyal as I am to Gaia, I joined Varus, and its not so bad. The avatars are fun, but its a new site, really primitive compared to this. And the artwork doesnt seem, well, as professional as the work of locke and vo and the like. I like it though, something else to waste my time on, and gold earning comes faster then you could believe. Check it out and tell me what you think, Im Celes on varus as well, so drop me a line.

hmmm =/ Not really into it, you start off with a grey sonic chao lookalike o.O;; and when I resigter, it said it didnt work and I got some kind of error, so I try it again and it said the name is already taken. . . Oookay, so I log in with the name I supposely didn't resignture and it work, huh, figures. The artwork, don't really like it, remind me of those brat dolls =/ Also, the website runs so slow, and I don't know why. Its not my internet, cause all of the other sites I go too, old and new works really well and fast for me. Most of the options on that website are drop down menus, which are, I don't know, annoying? anyways, in my opinion, I don't really like it at first, but hey, I'm still playing with it, so who knows, I'll give it a chance.

Interesting for sure, but I don't think it will become a competition for Gaia, maybe more of a sister/brother site. The avatars don't seem to have as much put into them as of yet as well, so I can't really form an opinion on those. But thanks for pointing it out ^^ We should keep an eye on it at least. If nothing else we can spread the gamer chicks guild to there just to drag people from there to here xp

Looks so much like a Gaia ripoff. the avatars don't really look attractive, but I suppose I'll signup and see what it's really like.
EDIT: i'm looking at the forums right now and it looks soooo familiar to Gaia...

OK. I'm looking. ALready its a grey looking page, and it loads very slow. and you don't even start out with peasant clothes, only with a bar across the front of your avatar.

You do start with clothes. It's just a bit complicated with the drop down menus. xd
I just joined, even though I really have no time. It's cute; I like the dolls and the clothing. But I think it needs more sub-forums. (Unless these 'groups' have anything to do with something..)

It's one of the slowest sites I've ever been on, but the chao blob thingies are cute! I'm not to sure how the whole site works yet, because it isn't as clear as Gaia. But I'll give it a shot.
