In the roleplay scheme, Mecca is located in the heart of Babylon. It is the part of the city where all of the government run offices are and there are no citizen run buildings here. Your dog or cat may got go to these places during roleplay, but it must be done in the main section of the guild. (where all roleplay is held).
Essentially it is in this subforum that you will use to engage in shop run services; like obtaining a building permit, exchanging gold for stones, etc/etc. Please read over each thread carefully before you submit a request!
