An enemy - a boy has to pass the time somehow, right? Note that Ezhno doesn't do friendly rivalry. We're talking full-blown mutual hatred. 8D Could be as the result of a series of incidents, a personality clash, conflicting beliefs or any and all of the above.
A sparring partner - self-explanatory. Ezhno hasn't come around to the idea of squashing people with the power of his mind; he's a fighter first and foremost. Unfortunately, girls need not apply - in confrontations, anyone's free game but Ezhno doesn't strike women if he can help it.
A lover - of the male persuasion. As you may have noticed, he's something of a chauvinist. Secure in his appeal, he's up for a rough tumble between comrades, but commitment tends to have him running for the hills. Having said that, once he's attached he's as loyal as they come, willing to swear his fidelity on Chahliye, the earth, the health of his loins and whatnot. Not looking for a hunk of meat, even a very pretty one, since he needs a challenge (and, some would say, a keeper). A person he considers at least an equal, though not necessarily on a physical level. Obstacles include his own abrasive personality, territorial instincts and the lingering, overarching fear that whoever he chooses will go dying on him and leave him on the godforsaken island alone.
(( I'm not sure how many interested parties there might be, but Ezhno is definitely not ready (and not the type) to launch himself into a relationship and clap on the locks. It's likely that this will be long and involved process that requires multiple RPs and patience (from both the character and the player). There will therefore be ample opportunity for loose attachments and/or testing the waters while Ezhno is, shall we say, making up his mind. xD ))
Which leads us to:
A friend - subconsciously, Ezhno's looking for a replacement for Nodin, who was both an anchor and the sun. Ezhno's head is not exactly a healthy place to be at the best of times, more so when he's troubled, and while he's able to read a complex battle plan from the line of a man's shoulders, relationships are not his strong point. Though he isn't self-aware enough to know it, he needs someone to vent his frustrations to and share his triumphs with, the same as any other person.
(( Currently only after one or two of these, though maybe one day the boy may grow enough emotional intelligence to have more. ))
A charge - They wouldn't have to be particularly close, but Ezhno would guard this person. Out of boredom? For the extra fights it brings his way? Because he's moved by some deeply-buried sense of honour?
Female interaction - to balance out the testosterone levels. Should be interesting, since some of Ezhno's views are downright insulting. >3
