Idiopathic Disorder D: Heppy birthday Yue! Sorry I missed it yesterday. ;_; >.> you're on time but it's not all to happy to be honest. Was supposed to go to the store with my dad and stepmom to get a new laptop. They left without me, I called and they came to pick me up with a few other relatives. Went to the store but none that I wanted. I asked to stop by a certain store to get my present like they promised and Dad was just like " what present, you're too old. you should get a job, you're f***ing 22. you should be married with a wife and kids by now" I never wanted to beat the **** out of him as much as I did then for.. -counts- 5 reasons. So, I was just like, screw it, take me home. I get home and my mom's all "what's wrong?" I told her not to worry about it and on my way to my room she tells me she got me a cake. I look in the fridge and she was right.. too bad I hate the kind she bought. -sigh- I think i'm gonna give up birthdays up all together. Nothing but dissappointments, false hopes, and another year with nothing but getting closer to death. Sorry if it seems pestimistic but, not in a happy mood. Edit: ok.. well a few Long distance internet friends made it better.. thanks guys -hugs- o-o bra was an odd present.. you know who you are..

Well I ain't so peachy either, sunshine....
My mom and I were supposed to go watch Toy Story 3 today 1. because the theater is air conditioned and 2. because she and I have seen every Pixar movie to date together.
But lo and behold, she decides it's too hot to go to the theater! "THE THEATER IS COLDER THAN OUR HOUSE! We've been planning this for three weeks because today is the only day that neither one of us is busy!" is what I told her. She said I was being grumpy and she didn't want to hang out with someone who was grumpy.
But then my sister pops up at our house a couple minutes ago and says, "Hey! Mom! Wanna go drinking? Summer will be fine here on her own!" and my mom goes, "Oh! Yeah! Sure!"
So I say to my SISTER "Bye, have fun, love you." and my mom complains that I'm ungrateful! I'm not ungrateful... I'm just upset that she ditches what we had PLANNED OUT to go sporadically hang out with my sister instead..... >:C I suppose she'd rather have a buddy than a daughter. That's how it seems, anyway. She'll like me more when I'm 21. But that doesn't mean that I'll like her...
Anyway, Yue.... I hope your day gets better.
You should tell your dad what's what on the matter of having 'a wife and kids', how you'd rather not (My dad doesn't want me to get married until I'm 30. -__- NOT gonna wait that long).
At least your mom got you a cake. That was pretty thoughtful. Even if it was the kind you don't like.
Just try to make the best of your day, try to have fun, no matter what, 'kay sweetie? wink

But see it's just that I hated the cake for no reason. I hate it because it has pineapple juice which makes me gag. It's not that I don't appreciate the gesture it's just that, you'd think after living with me she'd know not to give me things with pineapple. For me it's like giving me something that I'm allergic to minus the near death experience. But after a bit of sulking, some eating, some chatting with good friends, the night was salvaged somewhat. As for my dad, I'll just forget about him. Not like he's a really big part of my life especially since he's too busy with one that doesn't really have much real value. Girlfriends will come and go but your kids will always be there, till you screw them over.

SpinelSama My friends do that all the time. But when my own mother does it, it tends to be super depressing... Then she brought me home flowers, which was nice, except for the fact that I'm deathly allergic to them. Literally. My throat is so swelled right now I can hardly breathe...

Wait...... I've never even HEARD of a cake with pineapple anything in it. -A- Did she have it specially made like that? MAN, that would make it even worse....(Your birthday message has turned into a complaint fest. Oh well. We all need it once in awhile...) Yeah, it's a specialty cake that's popular in Mexico. It's a white cake that's been soaked with sweetened condensed milk, whole milk and pineapple juice then frosted with whipped cream, chopped nuts and cherries. As for the thread ending up being a complaint fest, it's better to let it out than keep it in for it to fester. -hugs- Hope the swelling goes down soon Spentei

Well, I'm sorry 'bout that. You can have some of the chocolate-vanilla with raspberry filling cake I got for my birthday. (It's kinda stale, but.....)

But then I ate corn on the cob for dinner, and apparently I'm allergic to THAT now. I'm allergic to everything that's delicious or wonderful. TTATT
