Umm...I usually don't like asking for help about things like this, but I'm sort of in a hurry. I have made them, but I want to know how to make some sturdy cosplay props. They are Axel's chakrams and Reno's EMR. Now,I don't have ALOT of money, but i can splurge her and there, and keep in mind,I don't have many sources...
I was just hoping someone would know any good instructions for me so I can make chakrams and an EMR that are sturdy(won't break) and light(because I'm very lazy and if I'm carrying them around at a con,I don't want to keep having others carry them for me).

Wonderflex, I think it's called, works wonders for weapons. It's light and stiff when it's not heated. It flexes and attaches to itself easily when heated and it's non toxic.
