Serenus Vindicta- The Vampire
How many years have pasted? Too many to count, too many to remember. Serenus could barely recall her own past. In her memories her family was kind, she had a younger sister named Helena. She had a husband named Richard but no children. But that was all she could remember, nothing more nothing less. The one thing she remembers most was her turning. She was in her late twenties, coming home to her husband from the market. It was dusk and few people were strolling around the town. Soon it had become quiet and not a person was in sight. Serenus started to feel as if someone was waiting her. Then something heavy hit the back of her head and darkness fell.
There was light, a dim light. Widening her eyes she saw a handsome man standing over her. He was tall, dark hair and eyes…he was beautiful.
“Who are you? Why have you taken me?”
He didn’t answer one of her questions; he was busy, looming over a book.
“Excuse me?”
He looked up at her and smiled, god his smile was gorgeous. He moved next to her and ran his hand over Serenus’ neck. God she couldn’t help but moan and love his touch. What has come over me? He leaned in closer; she could feel his breath on her naked flesh. She wanted, wanting him more than anything. Kisses on her chest followed with him kissing up her neck. She was enjoying it too much until he started to bite her neck. Then it started to hurt and she felt weak. Her life was going away from her, fledging into darkness.
She awoke in an alley, with a blanket wrapped around her. Her neck ached, and she felt faint. Where was she? Getting up she moved out into the streets and walked home. Her husband was waiting for her, he was furious.
“Where have you been?” his voice was angry.
“Nowhere.” Serenus said with remorse.
“No where?” She got up and smacked her across the face.
“No where?!” He did it harder this time, knocking her to the floor. Serenus stared up at him, her anger grew.
Without warning she jumped upon his and sank her teeth into his neck. It was delicious and she kept going until her was limp in her arms. Shocked she dropped him realizing what she was, vampire. But that was so long ago.
Rabon- The Spawn
He felt the touch grass brushing against his cheeks and the smell of fresh air. Opening his eyes a white light poured in blinding him for a moment. Rabon could make out a tree…a white tree with leaves like the stars. Glowing, glistening in the rays of the sun. Pushing himself up into a sitting position his side began to hurt. Something was wrong, where was he?
All he could remember was his name, only his name. Forcing himself to his feet and stumbled to the tree and leaned on its trunk. Gazing upward he peered through the leaves, the light barely showing through. Is this heaven? Am I dead?
Falling back down onto his knees he wept. Wept for his lost memories, his soul, and his future. As the tears rolled down his face he heard a faint voice calling to him. Staring across the landscape he saw a woman walked gracefully walking toward him. She was as pale as the snow and the most beautiful creature he had ever seen. The woman knelt down next to him; her hand cradled his wet cheek.
“Why do you cry?” Her voice was filled with concern and yet it was sweet as honey.
“I am gone…” Rabon cried through his wimping tone.
She just smiled, “You are only lost.”
Before he could ask her to explain she kissed his lips and the new world around him started to swirl and disappear.
He awoke in a dark damp alley. There was a terrible pain on his head. As he placed his hand to coddle his new pain he felt something pointy and hard. His face turned dead white and he leaned over to mirror himself in a puddle.
There on his head were horns. On his back were wings. Between his legs was a tail. On his fingers were long blue finger nails.
His whole body had changed…he had become a demon. Collapsing to the ground he wanted to cry again. He wanted to know why this happened to him, and he would find out.
Amelia Clark- The Werewolf
She was never liked very much at her school. No there was nothing wrong with little Amelia. It was because she was different from all the other students. It gave them a reason to tease her by putting frogs in her locker to knocking down her books. She never really minded the abuse from her classmates. The reason she could survive the torment was her books and loving family.
Amelia’s parents loved their daughter to pieces. They tried everything to make her life seem better. The Clarks understood their daughter was a bit strange from the other children. All she would do was read and barely talked. Amelia knew her parents would stop at nothing to help her fit in. She loved them dearly for it but knew it would never happen.
One day after school when she was fifteen; a group of older boys cornered her. They picked on her, pushing her around, until she was crying. In a moment there was an opportunity for her to run. She took it. The young males chased her into the forest, into the deepest parts.
Amelia ran through the woods, breaking branched down and tripping over roots. But they caught up to her and one schoolboy tackled her to the ground. He held her as the eldest boy hovered over her.
“Look at this b***h, screaming and whining.”
He smirked to the other boy who snickered in the background.
“I think we need to teach her a lesson for running away from such charming men.”
All the boys cheered as the oldest one started to pull her shirt up and skirt down.
Then from the dark a howl was heard. A dark menacing cry that echoed from the depths of night. Everyone froze as the sound of snapping branches and leaves rustled got closer and closer. Amelia couldn’t move as much as she struggled to. From out of the shadows a beast appeared. Fangs like pearls, claws like knifes eyes like the devil himself. It tilted its head back and howled again. Some of the boys wet themselves in utter fear and ran.
The eldest boy was not as lucky. The wolf lunged and snapped the boy’s neck in its powerful jaws. There was so much blood that rained and the beast devoured the lifeless body. Wide eyed, Amelia crawled backwards away from the scene. But the animal was quicker than she.
Before she could scream it was on top of her, teeth bared and drooling. She was going to die. Closing her eyes she felt it bite her shoulder and warm blood running down her body. Then there was a loud noise, a banging sound like a gun. It frightened the wolf so bad it ran off into its twisted home. As her eyes began to close she was an elderly man standing over her, talking to her but she could not make the word out. All she knew was she was going to be fine.
