Looking around, this place seemed a bit odd to Anarion. He was so used to the area that he had been in that this one came as an oddity to him, even though there probably wasn't anything too different about it. But after spending time down on the plains with Nara...
Things just looked a lot different to him now. He should have been used to odd things, though, growing up alone in the mountains. But none of that really mattered now, as he was still wandering in an unknown territory. Armor clinking lightly as the large stallion took every step, he kept his eyes forward.

(Sorry for taking so long @_@ I totally thought I had already responded to this *Sob*) 
-thud thud thud thud THUD-
The sound of swift but heavy footfall sounded, a dark, almost birdlike creature coming into view as it chased a frightened wild boar, chomping at its heals and swiping at it with its broad head and powerful jaws, the larger creature huffing slightly. It wasn't until after it had knocked the squealing animal over and killed it with a deft chomp of powerful jaws, tearing a piece of meat to consume that it noticed the clinking stallion, sharp, intelligent eyes turned to meet his as fresh hot blood dripped down its jaws, strips of ribboned meat dangling from its jaws. It huffed at him, adjusting himself over his kill before swallowing its first bite whole.
Growling at Anarion, he lowered his head and took the other half in his mouth, adjusting himself into a defense position -- he was not going to let the stallion steal his meal
"Ata'Mal! Come!" The soft purple mare snorted slightly as she neared the location, a smaller creature of similar build in a bright pink walking beside her, "Share with Sha'na..." She blinked, ears flicking back slightly as she noticed Anarion, "..ar..."

(( Sorry about my delay on my reply as well. xD; ))
Drifting off in his thoughts, Ari started to think about why exactly he had left the valley in the first place. Could he really say that he was flat-out rejected when nothing had happened in the first place? Sure, he was more than a little disheartened, but it seemed that nothing went on but two Soquili that were vaguely attracted to each other. That was it. It wasn't much of a surprise that they had gone their separate ways, and even now, he couldn't say that he felt heartbroken or overly sad.
He was in familiar territory now, though. The scenery wasn't familiar at all, but the essence of it was something he had grown up with. And while the gleaming blood-stained teeth staring back at him sent shivers down his spine, he wasn't overly surprised that something like that was around this area.
Wait. What?
Coming back to his senses rather quickly, Anarion stomped at the ground in front of him, coming to an abrupt halt. What on earth is that? It wasn't as large as him, but it seemed to be far more menacing than he could ever hope to be. Letting out a huff, he decided to keep his distance, swishing his tail back and forth behind him. His feet continuously moved, coming up and down from the ground alternately as he kept himself ready in case he needed to high-tail it out of there. But hearing a voice made him want to stay. A mare? What was she doing with those...things? She was definitely different in appearance, but somehow so very entrancing.
Tilting his head to the side a little, Ari could feel himself ease a little. She seemed to have control of the two creatures, and he didn't think she'd let them attack him or anything. "I've never seen such a thing." He smiled meekly, taking in deep breaths to ease his nerves.

An eyebrow quirked over faintly glowing eyes, the bright little spots of the lit pupil lost in the iris that was only slightly paler then the sclera. A smile quirked on the mare's lips as she chuckled, mirth tinting her accent, "Until shortly before I came in guardianship of them, neither have I... You should see the adults." Her attention turned back toward the larger of the two creatures, which was now making doe eyes at her as it clutched the meat in its mouth, the hungry little one, just barely to its knee, leaping in attempt to gain scraps of the meal. Her voice was firm, yet not exactly scolding either. Almost more like a preschool teacher then anything, "Ata'mal. Share with Sha'nar, You had the last boar to yourself. Give him half of that."
The Theropod snorted slightly, opening its mouth and quickly snapping it shut with a shift of his head, repeating the action a few times till a lacerated part sagged free and landed on the ground with a wet squelch, the smaller creature charging into the meal eagerly.
