Intro
Sound Country is overjoyed at the economical boost from the increased buisness during the exams. A short intermission is put forth, granting participants a much needed rest and regathering before the exams resume. You are instructed to leave the exam area to regroup before re meeting at a set location provided to you by a map scroll. While the intermission is going on exam officials order the production of the second stage. When ready all participants make there way to the set location, once there they are once again separated, however this time divided into separate "groups" which acts as an individual unit. In front of them is a tall gate with seals lined across it, inside the gates it appears to be nothing but swamp land. Murky waters spread out for several miles with dense forest and minimal viability. As the exams resume a single dog shows itself in front of each entrance. Each dog has a single scroll attached to its collars. Via intercom participant are instructed to capture, but not kill, the dog. The dog then turns and sprints into the swamp, gaining a much needed lead on its perusers. The second test begins. ((Note, failing this section of the exams does not mean you are disqualified, it will however effect our judgment on whether or not you become a Chuunin. Becoming a Chuunin is not just or only succeeding each section, instead it is counted on how well you did with checks, how well you rp'd, and how clever you where during fights. Thus you could technically fail all the sections and still become a Chuunin (though unlikely) if you excelled in the other aspects of judging.)) Quote: Stage 1:You have made your way to the entrance that your map assigns you to. You notice tags lined across the top of the gate, if you successfully recognized the tags in Test 1, if not you may make the same check (Int(x2) vs 100 Note: May only be attempted once) to realize that these tags have set up a barrier long the top of the gates. To progress capture the dog your group must rp 100 lines, upon doing so you will have succesfully captured without killing the dog in your own way. Once you have successfully captured the dog you may move on to stage 2. Quote: Stage 2:Once you have captured the dog you may now open the scroll. Your group has opened the scroll, giving you instruction to your next task. One person in your group must now generate a random number between 1 and 5 to determine which scroll you obtain. The number that is rolled corresponds with a scroll and once it is taken the scroll is removed from the list. If you roll and land on a scroll that is already taken simply move to the next available scroll in line. In the event that you roll a 5, you would move up to 1 and so forth. Each scroll holds a map to a different base giving you instructions that you must infiltrate the base and assassinate a dummy located at the back of the base. Some maps are better than others and can effect your progression once inside the base. Quote: Scroll 1: Poor Quality map to the first base. This map gives a vague description of how to get to the base and no intel on its structure. Scroll 2: Medium Quality map to the second base. This maps gives a slightly more detailed description of how to get to the base as well as a few details about its structure. +5% to all checks inside the base Scroll 3 : Poor Quality map to the third base. This map gives a vague description of how to get to the base and no intel on its structure.Scroll 4: Good Quality map to the fourth base. This maps give as very detailed description of how to get to the base as well as a outline of some of the base's traps. +10% to all checks inside the baseScroll 5:Medium Quality map to the fith base. This maps gives a slightly more detailed description of how to get to the base as well as a few details about its structure. +5% to all checks inside the base Quote: Stage 3:Now that you have obtained your map you then must make your way to the base, to do so you must RP 100 lines getting to the base. You find that the base is actually a well fortified camp located deep inside of the swamp and that the target is located at the end of the base. As you proceed through the camp various traps spring forth to impede your way and must be cleared before reaching the target. Quote: -Poison Vines Scattered around your feet are thick vines each with ominously purple thorns. As you get closer to them they spring into a wild frenzy striking at your body like whips. Each thorn is coasted with a hallucinogenic poison that causes its victim to become paralyzed and experience great mental discomfort. Each player must make a check of Agi(x2) + Flee Buffs vs 150 to get pass and out run the reach of the vines. If successful you have avoided the trap. Failure means that you were struck by the vine causing you to be thrown into a mental state of confusion and hallucination. If struck you may immediately make a check of (Will Power(x2) + Resistance Buffs vs 450). A team mate may attempt to rescue a trapped member by making a check of (Int(x2) + Medicate vs 300) after RPing out 25 Lines. Every check afterwords requires another 25 Lines. (These lines are now counted for each player separately and the check may be done only by the player who did said lines.) After Every 3rd Attempt, your chances go up this check by +50. Quote: -Mind altering tags. After you have made it passed the vines you may then proceed by rping an additional 50 lines. You make it further into the base and it appears that you have gotten out of the thick of the swamp as there are no more vines. As you make your way through suddenly a series of tags attached to kunai are launched from the trees, these tags are meant to attach themselves to its target and emit a sweet smell that causes its victim to become nostalgic over the thing that they love most. This infatuation is so great that it completely limits the players ability to keep going. In order to avoid these tags a check (Agi(x2) + Dodge Buffs vs 250), success means that you have managed to avoid being struck and may continue on. Failure means that you have been struck and have been hypnotized into falling into a deep infatuation with the thing in life that you love most. You may use sheer force of will to overcome this by making a check of (Will Power(x2) + Resistance Buffs vs 450) A team mate may attempt to rescue a trapped member by making a check of (Int(x2) + Medicate vs 300) after RPing out 25 Lines. Every check afterwords requires another 25 Lines. (These lines are now counted for each player separately and the check may be done only by the player who did said lines.) After Every 3rd Attempt, your chances go up this check by +50. Quote: -Sentries Once you have cleared the last trap, you may proceed to the next part of the base by RPing out 50 more lines. Upon escaping the barrage of scented tags you finally managed to reach the main compound where the target is being held. Along the trees leading to the compound are six combat dummies each with X's over there eyes and facing different directions. Stepping in front of one causes it to react by releasing a poison laced net to capture its target. The nets lacing causes the target to be thrown into a state of mental calamity as they are run through a hallucination of failure, including the exams and any other event in life. The feelings of grief causes the target to be unable to continue. To avoid the sentries make a check of (Agi(x2) + Stealth vs 200) Success means you have snuck safely passed the sentries and have now managed to make it into the main compound where the target is. Failure means you have been captured by the net and is now facing a hallucination of a life time of failure. To break free you must make a check of. (WP(x2) + Resistance Buffs vs 450) A team mate can attempt to remove the net from you by making a check of (Str(x2) + Resistance vs 300). Every check afterwords requires another 25 Lines. (These lines are now counted for each player separately and the check may be done only by the player who did said lines.) After Every 3rd Attempt, your chances go up this check by +50. Once you have avoided the sentries you may proceed by rping 50 lines. Quote: -Attack the target You manage to get through all of the traps and make it inside of the main compound where the target dummy is stationed. Now all you have to do is destory it. Make a (Agi(x2) or Seal Spd(x2) + Accuracy of Item/Technique + Accuracy Buffs vs 300) to represent the difficulty of hitting the dummy, as it will attempt to dodge you. Success means you have scored a +1 hit, and for each degree of success you have gain another +1 hit. The dummy is destroyed after 5 hits. You may attempt another attack every 20 Lines. However after 3 attempts, the dummy target shall stop trying to avoid your attacks and will attempt to flee. To stop it you must beat a check of Agi(x2) + Awareness Buffs vs 50. Every 3rd attempt, the dummy will attempt to flee and it's difficulty will increase by 50. If the dummy flees, you fail. Note- You must fight in order. The order being determined by when you arrive. -If you are the only one to arrive, then there is no post order... But Rounds come by faster, causing the Dummy to try to escape faster- Quote: You have 4 Days to complete this test. Test Begins 4pm EST 7/29/10

Ka’rinth smiled woodenly as he replayed what he had just been told over again in his head. He had to be part of a team, that essentially meant he had to either take orders or give orders to others which were two things he hated and the primary reason he was here at his age. His smile subtly shifted from wooden to glassy as he turned to find out which no doubt annoyingly eager to pass the exams. Great, it’s going to be hard enough as it is, how am I going to succeed with others working at cross purposes? He muttered softly as his mind began to furiously work on how he could fail without being obvious and wondered if the others would be at a level where they would help his cause through incompetence or hurt it from actually being skilled. Even beyond his normal distaste for working with others these people weren’t even his type of people, though technically he didn’t know what type they were. Presumably however most people here wanted to advance or have a challenge and not simply have it end so they can go back to minding their own business. Likely they were idealists and reliable ninja with a streak of pride for their village.
The mere thought of the words poured like acid through his mind as he shuddered at the idea of the multitudes of people that actually went through life trying to help others or improve their homes instead of just looking out for their own heads. It wasn’t natural and never seemed quite right to him, it would be one thing if there was a symbiotic relationship between people but usually it was just parasitic and the other people were the parasites. Ka’rinth liked to think of his own situation as symbiotic though he was sure many in the village would consider him a parasite the fact was he worked just hard enough to get the money he needed to survive and refused to work harder because clearly nature did not care if he had more than he needed when he died so why should he? He did have a tidy sum of money set aside that few new about but that was just clever trading and he rarely used it outside of buying and selling products for amusement and the occasional puppets he enjoyed making. He shifted uncomfortably as he went to stand in a designated area to find out who else would be in his group, he didn’t want to lead it so he would definitely leave that to someone else but he might give some suggestions to make things more interesting and possibly kill some time. The bulky puppet on his back was not just for show after all and with a bit of creative license and a silver tongue he might even be able to amuse himself before looking for a way to fail the exam.
He did hear the notice about needing to capture but not kill a dog to get a scroll and smiled tightly as he considered that perhaps he could exploit a verbal loop hole there and kill other’s dogs and take their scrolls or maybe just maim them, dognap them, or otherwise give others more trouble. He made a note of suggesting that to whoever ended up declaring themselves leader of his team as he looked out at the swamp and thought ironically that he had just been complaining about a lack of humidity. A quick glance also took in the barrier seals as he idly wondered if he could convince someone to jump on top of the gate for a better view of the exam area. Ka’rinth’s smile suddenly became genuine and slightly creepy as he said softly, Aha-ha-ha. The fact that he pronounced the sounds of the laugh instead of actually laughing might suggest to some it was crazy but to him it showed he was far too bored at the moment.

Yua smiled as she read the boards after what Oasis had announced, She got to spend more time with her two new friends. This exam was going to be fun Yua lead the way to the starting area for their team and stood there waiting as she looked across the giant gate she recognized the tags that where barriers in the first maze. Then Yua looked past the gate at the muddy and disgusting looking swamp, she had just gotten clean and now she had to get down into muck and dirt again why where all of these tests disgusting. Yua waited for her teammates to arrive she adjusted the scroll on her back she would probably need Senkai for this mission though she hated letting people know she was a puppet user, but she was Sure Hatsuma could keep a secret, Oasis well she talked a lot but Yua figured that she would o her best to keep it hidden. Yua stood in waiting at the large gate until the other girls arrived, it was nice to have an all female team, then there would be no hot dogging or showing off from anyone, that was the one down side to most boys Yua knew if it had been a guy and two girls on this team the guy most likely would have tried to show off and say he was some kind of hot shot. Yua chuckled at the thought of a guy trying to impress Oasis with Muscle, he would flex his arm and Oasis would probably swing from it like a monkey, and mess around with him.

Hatsuma followed after Yua who was now a temporary member in this exams makeshift team. It was quite a coincidence that people she met often ended up in her team, putting that thought aside she approached the large gate it was massive and held tags on it though she couldn't tell what they were for like the last ones she assumed they might have a similar function? as to what the function was she hadn't spent the time to find out. She looked closely at the tags seeing if she could discern them this time, after all they had a familiar look to them. after looking over them enough she looked to Yua who had mentioned something earlier and decided now to take the time to approach the issue. "I am Hatsuma of wind country... " She stated her stoic gaze cast onto Yua as she spoke.
((roll is for tag identification :3 it's a fail the purpose of the tags still elude Hastsuma XD;; ))

Oasis waited as the two walked off. She turned back for only a moment to face the large board with the results posted, she could tell by the other posting that everyone else had already checked their results right? She turned away from it her currently blue eyes a-glow. She was considering smashing that sign to make herself feel better, however she managed to push that thought aside and followed after her team-mates. Before too awful long she had caught up to the two and was wondering what was supposed to happen here. She blinked around and noticed a gate, with scrolls like before "OH! more of those scrolls that stop you from going up!" she states with a grin as she looked up at them. She looked past them and saw a very wet area, was that a swamp? She tipped her head to the side she had heard about swamps before but never had she seen one. It was neat the ground was saturated with water and it was just about everywhere. She took a step forward before a dog suddenly appeared in front of them. A funny little dog with a scroll on its back. Oasis grinned broadly not sure what the dog was for but she wanted to catch it so she could pet the doggy. Oasis watched as suddenly the dog bolted into the swamp. She went wide eyed and watched the dog race off into the swamp. "Ooooh I bet the task it to catch the doggie!" Oasis cheered loudly before bolting into the swamp after the animal, her feet never touched the muck as she raced along the surface of the water in the ground and plants leaving her feet clean.

((Fun time with the NPC, note she's taking a scroll that's not on the list, similar to what other NPC's would be doing during the exam)) Lilith entered the exam area with a slight skip to her step, her long black and purple rain coats long sleeves swinging by her side as she did so. Reading the very simple directions for the beginning she nodded tossing the crumpled piece of paper to the side as the dog took of in front of her.
Lilith's stomach grumbled as she made sour face and sat down, pulling a small bento box out from her side, unconcerned with catching the dog on an empty stomach. She took her time picking up the various contents and nibbling on them slowly as she peered around the area looking at the large tree's that seemed to stretch surprisingly high into the air. So far she had found one strong opponent in the field, but she was sure there was more, their intelligence told them that much. She had to figure out who it was before this was over, a small annoyance that would keep her in this particular section longer than she'd like to be. Sight she slowly cleaned up her meal, neatly packing the box, chopsticks and napkins back into her satchel before dashing forwards.
Lilith followed the paw marks, performing several impressive leaps as she bounded from tree to tree. It didn't take long till she could see just an inkling of brown flash by from the dog she was to pursue. Pulling one long sleeved hand back and swinging it forwards a flash of several small needles flung from her over sized sleeves. Cutting through leaves and scraping back before finally coming to pierce the spine of the fleeing canine. The dog fell hard, it's body overcome with a sudden paralysis. It's face skidded against the dirt for several feet before finally hitting a large root and coming to a complete stop.
The dog's legs twitched frantically as it's eyes rolled in the back of it's head and saliva pooled near it's mouth. Lilith came from behind bending down to pet the dog happily, "PUPPY" she said giving it a big hug before loosing the scroll, "what have you got for me there mister pup" she said opening the scroll with excitement. The map showed a fairly detailed set of directions leading to something called base seven. Sighing she tossed the scroll into her satchel and stood up, forming a quick set of hand seals as the dog finally stopped twitching and began to stand. "Common puppy, I'm sure you should be able to find the base... but first I need you to sniff something out" she said holding a small piece of cloth down to the dogs nose.

’I shall fight to honor the name of Kaiten, the name of my father…
Erkamina read and reread the map and it said she was supposedly on Squad 5 with two people she never met. "How the heck did I get this map if I supposedly failed? Maybe it's a bigger picture kinda thing trying to make us think like Chuunins. Yea, that's it. So we're supposed to catch a dog, right? How hard is that?" She thought as she looked around to see fog rolling in. "Capture it... Not kill it. Man that's really hard with this fog. We can't attack it, just try and track it and lasso it." She thought as she adjusted the volume on her intercom so that it was audible to her and her team. She then noticed the same, or similar, tags from before. "More of those hindrance tags to make us stay on track and not 'cheat'. What is the Sound thinking we're gonna do, be dishonorable or something." She pondered as she studied the tags. She had no idea of the two other names that were listed with hers, who they were or even if she'd get along with them but a Chuunin always put the mission first, team dynamics second. "Alright, we track this canine and we capture it using Ninja-grade rope, just in case. Copy?" She spoke in a semi-authoritative tone, more like a genin who was too big for their britches than a Chuunin would speak. But she had no real idea how to act after the last fiasco.
… Soon I will show the world the worth of that name.’ Quote: 13 lines. Tag / Int check unnecessary due to last round. Quote: When either one of you two post please PM me if it is my turn so I can keep up with the time limit, thanks.

Yua watched the little dog walk up it was adorable, Yua smiled at the little dog and went to bend forward when it took off like a rocket. Yua then watched Oasis streak after it. ”Well Hatsuma shall we get going.” Yua said with a chuckle as she leaped up over the water and moved as quickly as she could through the brush after the dog she could hear Oasis, and it was obvious where she was so Yua just tried her best to keep up with the girl but she was much faster than Yua expected, Yua rounded a bend and continued after Yua and the dog, she moved as fast as she could but it wasn’t going to be fast enough. She sighed and stopped and began to quickly make hand seals as fast as she could this wasn’t one of her villages special Jutsu but it would help in this situation since there was already water and muck. Yua made the hand seals as quickly as she could the water was starting to rise in her shoes. Finally she made the last seal. And the water below her feet began to move and make a giant wave all around her she grinned, and leaped up on top of the wave that was facing the direction Oasis and the dog had streaked off in and rode the wave in that direction, she smirked as she rode along it was much easier than running although it drained some of her chakra. But Yua smirked as she rode along she spotted Oasis, Yua had to maintain her chakra to keep the wave going, but she did specialize in water Jutsu being from Mist village and all. She smirked as she rode up behind Yua. “Let’s get this dog and pass this test together.” Yua said as she rode along.

Hisaki spent his intermission time setting up for both this event and the after event (dinner with, at least four women!). Outside of running around trying to make a reservation, Hisaki spent hours training to be a bigger help in this competition. Hisaki arrived just early for the competition, to perhaps get an early idea of what was going to happen, or who he might get lumped with if he wasn't with the rest of his team. He glanced at the scroll an exam official had handed him just the night before. The map directed him to a large gate, the opening to the first exam. Hisaki looked around the gate, and noted several tags, just like before, "Genjutsu tags? I bet they're limiting those cheating genjutsu types again... Or is it like Yuki said? Maybe whatever is behind the gate is a giant illusion so we don't get too hurt..." Hisaki gazed up at the gate and scratched at his chin, "That doesn't make any sense..." Quote: Int Check: Int(45)x2 vs. 100 90 vs. 100 = 49% Hisaki still doesn't get the tags :C

A bell had rung while Yuki was wandering almost aimlessly in the labyrinth, until a Sound Chuunin had come out of nowhere and escorted him out of the maze, telling him that the results would be posted up soon and Yuki should rest for tomorrow. The Genin sighed, I probably failed this test, while Hisaki passed it with flying colors. This is rather irksome, I thought a simple maze would be...simple.After being escorted, he hung around the bulletin board waiting for the test results. Reading down the many names, which were organized by Villages and clan names, he noticed Hisaki's score and half-smirked. Zero points and a fail? I can understand the teamwork thing, but he did do as instructed. How did I gain a small amount of points if I didn't even complete the first objective? Quite sly on their part. After he read the results, he continued on to the next stage briefing. They were supposedly teamed up with other genin and were supposed to go on a faux mission with a temporary team. Yuki was quite annoyed at this, but shrugged, I'd could use them as mere pawns to do my bidding I guess. After his morning rituals, he progressed towards the meeting area, which was a rather large gate. He noticed someone was already waiting for him, or rather, the rest of his team. A smile forced it's way on the miserable Genin's face as he jogged towards his temporary teammate. "Hisaki?! We're on a team again?" He was quite surprised that he was grouped with his own teammate for an exam. This was a huge advantage, he already knows Hisaki's strengths and weaknesses and how much synergy they have when working together. "Buddy! Do you know who the third team member is by any chance?" The Yamanaka asked out of curiosity, as he noticed some tags that were familiar. The same ones from the first exam? What the hell do those mean?! Quote: Int(45) + Mind release(30) x 2 = 150 150 vs 100 = 55% Wow, finally the dice are cooperating.

"Such flashy methods..." Hatsuma commented to herself as she followed after the other two at a rather rapid pace leaping to the trees in order to spring board faster on occasion. "Yua; Oasis don't do anything that might injure the animal i have a feeling there may be a penalty for such otherwise this task would be simple for any shinobi with ninjutsu under their belt..." She explained as she traveled along between the two so they could both hear her clearly. The dog was unnaturally fast meaning it was either a shinobi canine or it was enhanced with a jutsu of some sort by the proctor of this particular exam. Hatsuma caught sight of it as weaved between some undergrowth and intertwined trees. The swamp was the stark opposite of the desert however it held some similarities to it as well though only in terrain shape not contents. "Yua it made a left follow behind it, Oasis continue right and try and make your way in front of it. I'll go of further to the left and we'll come together in a three way pincer around it..." Hatsuma ordered out her face stoic but her tone was a bit on the commanding side as she veered off to the left allowing the others to take in the orders and follow them.

Oasis glanced back and looked at Yua who was riding on a wave of water behind her. She returned her attention to the front and hopped over an exposed root that jutted up from the ground in front of her path. They were chasing a dog, with a scroll on its collar. It would be far to easy to just use a technique against the animal and capture it so there had to be something to it which wouldn't let them harm the animal in any fashion. She lowered her stance and narrowed her profile as she brought her arms back and sped up more hearing Hatsuma above her she didn't look but turned her audio attention towards her comrade. "Yea I figure the same." she states giving an affirmative to Hatsuma's statement on not harming the animal. "Okay that sounds like a good idea." she states as she focused her eyes on the dog her eyes once again turned sky-blue and began to glow as this happened the water at her feet responded as she began to move even faster along the surface, the marks on her body responded as well and began to glow lightly as she took off like a missile across the murky surface. Oasis' speed increased to the point that she became a blur and a streak of vibrant blue from the glow of her eyes left a trail behind her as she hit full speed, for Hatsuma's plan to work she would need to get in front of the dog. From what she could tell the animal was obviously much faster than a regular dog probably a shinobi-canine she had heard of K9 units used by elite jounin before, so this could very easily be a summoned dog. However as she traced the dogs path something shiny zipped in front of her she tossed herself to the left avoiding the projectile. She looked and saw it to be a shuriken. Who had thrown it at her though? However before she could try to think more about it she felt that more were coming and she jumped bolt straight up avoiding three more that thwacked into the ground where she was just standing. She turned around as the marks on her body lit to a full blue glow.
"damnit, she seems to have awakened 'that' further." a voice stated somewhere in the forest not too far from her position. It had been a whisper but currently she was in a heightened state of awareness. What happened next surprised Oasis probably just as much as the enemy, as her hands lowered past the gems at her sides they started to glow slightly and following with a purely instinctual motion she launched her arms forward and massive pillars of water raced up from the earth and down her arms as the blast of water left her hands the ends turned to the shape of a dragons head and smashed through the marshland trees. {Retreat back to base, in that state you don't stand a chance.} Oasis only just barely heard the second voice, it was clearly an electronic communication to her attacker and shortly after the presence she was attacking vanished with a simple puff of chakra. She snarled lightly before shaking her head, it was a strange state she had just been in, it reminded her of when she attacked the worm back on the island.
"Nows not the time for that." she states to herself before turning around and bolting in the direction she was supposed to be headed already and activating a short jutsu she made up for lost time as her streak of movement became even faster closing the distance between herself and the dog she had put herself in front of its path and readied to spring the pincer trap.

It was a disappointing start to the exams thought Fuyu as he stood infront of the gate he was instructed to. Last night, he'd looked at the board in which showed everyone's progress in the first part of the exams. Not many had passed but there were still some out of the whole population in the exams. What he noticed most though was that even though he'd made it though the whole test and done what was told he still didn't get a single point. What on earth was going on? Why So down Fuyu? Fujin asked in Fuyu's mind so that no-one else could hear him. You were their. I failed the first part of the exams! how am I ever going to find out about my father now? I'm destanded to only know his damn name.... There was a momentary silence in his mind as the wind guardian thought of what to reply. Finally this silence was broken. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe getting to the center wasn't the whole task. Remeber that there are higher up looking down on the whole exams so it doesn't become a blood bath. Fuyu thought on that for a moment and then it hit him. His ally. How could have he been so stupid? He shook his head and then lowered it. He'd been so worried about finding out what his father was liike that he completely forgot what he was doing here. He needed to focus and that's exactly what he was going to do. But there was one minor problem though... His team-mates were no where to be found. He waited and looked around. A dog walked infront of him and he knelt down to pet it. This dog just growled and he stood up realizing that it would be a bad idea to get bitten before the second exam started. Then something over the P.A. system sounded. It seemed that they were to capture the dog, and not kill it. He nodded and looked around. Still no-one. He then looked over at the fences, He'd seen some more tags on the fences, he still didn't know what they were but figured that he'd find out what they were soon. At that moment, a buzzer buzzed and the dog was off in a shot. He sighed and looked around. They were now ready to leave but he couldn't. His team wasn't here. He didn't know them but he'd wait anyways. Holding the gate so that when they got here, they could just book it after that dog. He hoped that they wouldn't be too long. Quote: Checking the Tags again Int(x2) vs 100 70(140) vs 100 54% chance of noticing the tags Quote: Know's what the tags are for now and has a total of 16 lines in this part

Notwen forgot about Kaala for now. Searching for human-shaped bird had taken up too much time from the intermission period, so he rushed over to the meeting point on the map he had been given by the instructors. Notwen opened up his map and studied it. There was a black line that wound its way over the map and ended on a circle with a "4" in it. He stopped shortly to put on the items he'd been given by Kaala. A pair of feathered earrings, fingerless tube gloves with bracelets, and a vest made of white fabric. As he finished putting on these new vestments, Notwen noticed a change in his chakra's behavior. "Whoa, this feels.......good!" he sighed. The new power was beginning to manifest itself in his body, so while it did, the orange-haired boy plowed through the small forest to get to his designated area. Notwen ran up a nearby tree and traveled by tree jumping the rest of the way. He landed silently on a branch above the meeting ground just in time to hear a blonde boy ask another guy about a third team member. So these guys are my team mates for this exam... he thought, taking notes on their equipment. They seemed pretty capable. Notwen glanced at a tall gate that separated them from a dense forest. Near the top were tags similar to the ones used at the maze. With a sigh, he dropped down to the ground next to the two boys. "I am Notwen Uchiha, your team mate for this part of the exams. I'm looking forward to working with you guys." With a smile, Notwen held out his hand for the two to shake. Line Count: 15 Lines done as a team: 43
