Heres a list I came up with, based on Rock monsters (mostly Guardian and Sandman) stunning or negating effects. Fossil Dyna is for Special summons, Grand Mole is for bouncing annoying monsters like Stardust Dragon. Gigantes is for extra firepower, although Im considering taking him out for something else. Gigantes ---> Koa'ki Meiru Prototype
Monsters Koa'ki Meiru Guardian x3 Koa'ki Meiru Sandman x3 Koa'ki Meiru Boulder x3 Koa'ki Meiru Prototype x2 Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo x3 Legendary Jujitsu Master x3 Morphing Jar x1 Neo-Spacian Grand Mole x1
Spells Solidarity x2 Smashing Ground x3 Book of Moon x3 Pot of Avarice x2 Heavy Storm x1 MST x1 Giant Trunade x1
Traps Bottomless Trap Hole x2 Dimension Prison x2 Solemn Judgment x1 Royal Oppression x2 Starlight Road x1
Any suggestions and help is appreciated.

The deck looks pretty solid but you may need some altering atk and a replacement for gigantes 'cause you don't very many cards that send to the graveyard. Solidarity must be at 2. 3 is to much for any deck. How bout enraged muka muka if you have great control in the hand for playing grandmarg the rock monarch to kill those face down monsters and the cool combo with that is grandmarg and anit spell fragrance or book of moon. Book of moon should be at 2 in my opinion they can be dead draws at times you need a anti-meta despite they can be great with grandmarg. No trap dustshoot? Great card in this meta and with this deck it's good to have hand control and more card advantage with your opponent. Meaning the list should be something like this:
-1 solidarity -1 book of moon -2 Gigantes
+2 Grandmarg the rock monarch/Tragodea, Trap Dustshoot +2 Shrink/Burden of the might/Gaia Power (if you're looking for BIG attack power with combos of solidarity)/Necrovalley (for the anti meta against infernities or other decks.)

You do realize that Gigantes is pretty much a 3-of Heavy Storm effect, right? Also, if you'll read the text on Guardian, you'll notice that you have to tribute him in order to negate the effect of a Light or Dark monster. Not only that, but there's usually gonna be at LEAST 1 EARTH monster in the graveyard by the time Gigantes would have any reason to hit the field. Book of Moons have a dual-purpose that is only more potent in a Rock deck that's not Megarock Aggro. It can force monster destruction effects to fizzle and it can prevent an attack from an opponent's monster. Trust me, Book of Moon used to be at 1 per deck for a reason. Because it's a really good card. I do agree with you on the Solidarity that that should be cut down to two. However, none of your replacements seem truly relevant to a Rock deck specifically. Even Granmarg is mediocre. If I had to say anything as a replacement for the third Solidarity, I'd personally go with a Brain Control. It never ever hurts.

Fresh Porn pssssssst Gaia Plate the Earth Giant >_> Fantastic card in RFG Rock. Unfortunately, this isn't the right deck for that. Otherwise, the Pot of Avarices WOULD be dead draws. Not to mention Fossil Dyna would kill it and the entire synergy of the Koa'ki Meiru cards in the deck would be completely demolished. Remember: This is Rock Stun, not Rock Aggro.

I just looked at my Guardian, and it says negate the activation of an effect monster and destroy it. I do agree on the Solidarity though. Maybe I should take one out for either Brain Control, or Giant Trunade. Thanks for all the suggestions. Your actually really helping, whether or not you think you are.

Get rid of Solidarity all together. An extra 800 attack power really doesn't help much in this format. Replace with Fissures. Take Boulders out add 3 Thunder King Rai-oh. Fossil Dyna should be at two. so replace one with either Granmarg or Megarock Dragon.
Or if you don't like fissures, then add another D Prison, add Swords of Revealing Light, and maybe a Vortex, or some big destruction card, such as TT or Mirror Force.

Monsters x21
Thunder King Rai-Oh x3 D. D. Warrior Lady x3 Koa'ki Meiru Guardian x3 Koa'ki Meiru Sandman x3 Koa'ki Meiru Prototype x2 Legendary Jujitsu Master x3 Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo x2 Morphing Jar Neo-Spacian Grand Mole
Spells x9
Book of Moon x2 Forbidden Chalice Giant Trunade Nobleman of Crossout Shield Crush Smashing Ground Fissure Mystical Space Typhoon
Traps x
Dimensional Prison x3 Royal Oppression x2 Dark Bribe x2 Bottomless Trap Hole x2 Starlight Road Torrential Tribute Solemn Judgment
here is my Rock Stun variant, with an emphasis on strong negation, heavy Special Summon restriction, and removal of opponent's monsters. the monster lineup is straightforward for this deck type with 3 DDWLs in there as some rather lovely removal. i used a small amount of Spells here, mostly for one-for-one removal and defense destruction (never underestimate Nobleman, it is still one of the best Spells to have at your disposal). lastly, the Traps: triple D-Prison, double Bottomless and 2 Oppressions will keep the opponent in check, while the double Bribe, Starlight Road and Solemn are your negation tactics in case they try anything funny. and although most people have dismissed it, i've seen that Koa'ki Meiru Prototype fits the bill perfectly as it is a strong body (1800 ATK and DEF), is a Rock-Type, has no maintenance cost and can help keep Guardian and Sandman in play should my resources run low. hope this helps in some way =3

Smashings > Fissure.

@Suppressed-Demon: Solidarity is somewhat a personal preference. I see a lot of monsters being summoned with high attack, like Sorocco. Being able to run over them with what would be 1900 beaters, to 2700 beaters.
Swords is outdated, and I dont believe Vortex or Fissures is neccessary after 3 Smashings.
@Randall: Your list looks somewhat appropriate, although I do dissagree with your spell lineup. It looks somewhat all over the place. Thanks for Prototype though, maybe I should get rid of Gigantes for it?
As for Thunder King, I think Fossil Dyna and Oppression is enough.
Lastly, Boulders are the main searchers, grabbing Sandman or Guardian (and I guess Prototype). I dont see why I should get rid of it.

Personally, I don't think you should get rid of Gigantes at all, so here's what I suggest. Reduce a couple of the 3-of's to 2 to make room for 2x Gigantes at least. Trust me on this one.

@Jayde: Gigantes may be a good Rock-Type, but i believe it is better suited for Aggro-Rock instead of Rock Stun (you don't wanna blow up your own back row, do you?). Koa'ki Meiru Boulder is a decent searcher, but it depends on being killed in battle for its effect to kick in, while Prototype just needs one of your Guardians or Sandmans to die at the End Phase, while being considerably stronger.
and while it isn't a Rock-Type, Thunder King Rai-Oh is still one of the best anti-meta cards to date, as it stops searching from E-Hero Stratos, XX-Saber Darksoul, Black Whirlwind, and most importantly Infernity Archfiend (stop that OTK loop, ya fool!) and still has that wonderful 1900 ATK.
lastly, the spell lineup in my decklist is just a skeleton, you can fix it up however you like when you make your deck.

Interesting advice...
Gigantes = Special Summon
So I decided to drop him.
Armycats list looks appropriate for what Im going for, but again, Gigantes (and Cydra + Call) kinda bug me as they Special Summon (goes against Pachy)
Im debating on Thunder King, while I understand is an amazing card, it just doesnt fit. It condradicts a couple of my cards, like Boulder, and doesnt work with Solidarity (which I am considering dropping it).
I'll try Armycats list, and see how that works.
