I'm planning on attending a Dragon Boat Festival in the near future in loli, and it's going to be HOT. With me being more or less a snow-princess, I'm very concerned with over-heating. Any suggestions on what I can go for that might not give me heat stroke while still being lolita? For example, is going sleeveless okay? Please help! heart
