✗ [What to do: Kitty Stats];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × Stats are essentially directly correlated to your kitty's worth. Cats with high numbers in all areas are highly desirable, whereas a cat with really low numbers is going to sell/cost less. Your highest number does not to have to stay true for your given pathway. For instance if you have chosen for your cat to be a 'laborer', and you roll in a 2 in strength - that does not mean you have to choose a new job; it just means you are horrible at the job you have!
To roll a stat first you must roll for each skill set offered. They are done in terms of percents, so if you roll a 2 for something; that is translated as 2% worth overall. For each set (for slaves) you would roll 1 - 15. This is where your cat's stats start off at. ✗ [Stat Definitions];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × Strength Your kitties physicality and muscle structure. Skill Ability to excel in whatever job they garner. Knowledge Preemptive things they have acquired mentally as well as the ability to learn new things. Dexterity The precision and grace in which they achieve their physical feats. Agility The speed in which tasks are completed and how quickly they move as an entity. Tenacity The perseverance they display in their slavehood.
exclaim Don't forget to do a random number from 1-15 for kitties exclaim Roll for my slave, [insert name here]

✗ [What to do: Hound Stats];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × Stats are essentially directly correlated to your dog's status in a given city. Hounds with high numbers in all areas are leaders of a city and usually have the best in houses, stones, and have the most slaves.
To roll a stat first you must roll for each skill set offered. They are done in terms of percents, so if you roll a 2 for something; that is translated as 2% worth overall. For each set you would roll 5 - 20. This is where your hound's stats start off at.✗ [Stat Definitions];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × Strength Your hound's physicality and muscle structure. Agility The speed in which tasks are completed and how quickly they move as an entity. Dominance Ability to control and assert themselves over their slave kitties. Charsima The likability that they display when dealing with other hounds. Luck The probability of something fortunate happening to your hound, such as finding a copper on the street. Power Knack for influencing others and how many slaves they own. (each slave equals 10%, so there is no rolling involved)
exclaim Don't forget to do a random number from 5-20 for hounds exclaim Roll for my hound, [insert name here]

✗ [Improving Stats];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × There are many ways to increase your stats, although some ways are only available to hounds, while only others are available to slaves. When a slave's stats increase so does their value. Not many slaves exist with a high education, and so they are greatly prized like collectibles. Hounds with high stats are regarded as the most intelligent, wise, and wealthy masters.
Earning Stats through RP • Both slaves and masters may earn stats through RP • You must complete a 15 post roleplay (with significant writing) with one or more S.o.Ws. AKA you may not RP by yourself for a stat gain. • After the RP is finished, each roleplayer may generate a random number from 1-10 in the post for a stat of their choosing (although be wise and choose a stat that is significant to the roleplay) • Document the roleplay and add the stat boost in your journal. ✗ [For: Masters];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × ×
Visit the establishment of another hound.
You may not visit twice in a row, and each establishment may only increase one stat.
Have your kitty win in a tournament.
Only one kitty may win from your lot! You can enter more then one, but only one will be awarded a stat bonus (if they all win)
Attend a town hall meeting!
Do not post in the governor's office for roleplay. She will only make an appearance randomly and ONE lucky hound will get to roleplay with her.
Attend a city celebration!
Sometimes all of Syria will hold a giant celebration, other times just a particular city celebrates something. These happen randomly, and each celebration has it's own rules for stat obtainment, so please pay close attention!
Buy 5 items from the marketplace!
They must be different items, but price does not matter. For each additional item you may obtain 1 stat bonus of your choosing. ✗ [For: Slaves];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × ×
Participate in a Colosseum tournament
Only your master may enter you into a tournament. If your kitty wins at something no participation stat bonus may be received.
Win a tournament!
If you win you may not receive a bonus for simply entering (winner bonuses are essentially higher anyway).
Attend a hound establishment.
Approval must be gained, through a non stat awarding roleplay, to reflect the master's approval. Roleplay must be 15 posts minimum without one liners.
Commit an act of defiance. (pickpocket, pick a fight, etc)
Acts must be shop approved and cannot be godmoding in anyway (rp should reflect act).
Complete an errand for a hound.
Tasks can be correlated to having to visit a master's house for something, but only one stat boost may be earned if that is the case.

✗ [Skill Badges];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × Badges prove that your hound or kitty has learned a specific skill set. They are fun to collect as your character grows. Hounds that have many badges are usually knowledgeable about many things and are highly respected as talented individuals. Slaves that earn badges are highly valuable as educated servants. Instead of menial labor, a slave with many skills may have a higher ranking into the house which they belong. Slaves with many skills also sell for much more. ✗ [Earning Badges];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × Badges are earned through roleplay. In order to learn a skill your S.o.W must complete a minimum of a 15 post roleplay (with decent posting sizes) with a focus of learning a skill.
For example, Slave Julie and Slave bill meet outside one day. During a romantic picnic, Bill shows Julie the secrets to flower planting. At the end of their roleplay Julie has earned the gardening badge!
In order to learn a skill, and earn the badge, you MUST have somebody teach you. You can not 'discover' skills by yourself.
The teacher MUST have 50 percent in at least one stat area.
All adult hounds know how to read and write (unless you don't want them to), most slaves start out as illiterate. Therefor all adult hounds may automatically add these skills to their journals.
You may NOT earn skills in conjunction with rp stat bonuses. Either you earn a stat upgrade, or you own a badge for any one roleplay.
Hounds are only able to teach slaves to read, write, and fight. Likewise, Slaves may teach hounds. For all other skills, slaves must seek out other slaves to be teachers. Hounds would never degrade themselves to learning slave chores such as baking and sewing!
Only ONE badge may be earned per roleplay. Two or more slaves cannot earn a badge for a roleplay, only one slave in the roleplay may earn a badge - even if all members are highly skilled.
If a hound doesn't want to teach his slave, they may send the slave to a different house temporarily to learn their crafts.✗ [Master Badges];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × Accounting | Painting | Reading | Writing | Mathematics | Astrology | Design | Mind&Body | Hunting | Fighting | War Theory ✗ [Slave Badges];× × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × Singing | Building | Gardening | Reading | Writing | Sewing | Baking | Fighting
When you have earned a skill you may post the badge in your journal! Nifty!
