Techniques:
Instant Transmission:
Instant Transmission requires a ki signature to lock onto (where as Instantaneous Movement does not), the successful performance of the technique is dependent on one's ability to detect them. But in kiba case he is still training with Piccolo to fully master it.
Kamehamaha Wave:
Kamehameha is formed when cupped hands are drawn to the user's side and the ki is concentrated into a single point between the cupped hands creating a sphere. (and the hands must be really close), then released in a wide blast.

Enhanced Strength:
Saiyans naturally possess exceptional strength - far greater than that of other humans and alien races - and are quintessentially built for fighting. They are capable of easily lifting hundreds of times their own weight.
Enhance Speed:
Saiyans also have great speed and agility. They also have much faster reflexes than an average Human; reflexes so fast that they can avoid a bullet or energy beam without much of a problem. Super speed can easily be seen in their fighting skills; their movements occur in fractions of seconds which are not visible to average Human eyes. Their agility is also substantial in their battles and training. These movements can be improved by training, transformations, and other methods. These natural powers of speed and reflex make nearly all Saiyan hand-to-hand combat very fast.
Enhanced Durability:
After a Saiyan is healed from a great injury, they will become stronger. The healed soldier can then immediately return to the battlefield.

False Super Saiyan
In this form, the pupils are no longer visible, mostly in turn to the power and bleak rage. His body bulks up a little, his hair straightens like that of a Super Saiyan, his skin color also appears to have a yellow hue to it, but there is no considerable change in feature other than a red tint to his hair. He gains a yellowish surge of aura, somewhat but not quite resembling that of a normal Super Saiyan's.

Kiba was the son of saiyans who survived the destruction of planet vetgeta, he was born on new namek where his parent choose to hide and step down from there warrior past life in doing so they cut his tail so that he would never ask what he really was. His parents have keep his knowledge of being a saiyan secret for his own good. He was trained under the his father and the namekians giving him a wide range of hand to hand combat skills. He was sent to Earth after his 10th birth day so he could train under after the namekians revived him Piccolo who was a master of fighting and offered to train him when he got older. He still doesn't know what he is but he assumes he's human due to the resemblance of his body and there's. Piccolo has him attend school and train on a daily basics even tho he does it regardless if piccolo reminded him or not. He is now The Leader and Founder of the New Z fighters.
