Steps to gaining a patient:
1. Set up a quest thread.
2. Use the form below to create a "quest application". This is basically like the paperwork for your patient. Do not take anything out. You may however add stuff if you wish.
3. Make sure you have the funds to pay for your quest. See below.
4. If all is good and you want your quest to go active please insert [Active -Insert month here-] at the front of the thread title so we know who is active for each month.
5. If you quest is taken up a staff member will make the quest as "Taken" in the post the quest is in.
6. Send trade ASAP.
