Honeydukes Sweetshop Honeydukes has evolved a bit since Harry Potter and his peers were at Hogwarts. It's still the candyshop we all know and love but now has a bar, where the server makes a variety of sweet sodas, milkshakes, and smoothies-all served with any kind of desert one could ever want!
Sounds like the perfect place for a date hmmm?

Don't tell me not to live Just sit and putterElizabeth Amaya Shine ☆═━┈┈━═☆ Amaya stretched as she sipped on her chocolate frog milkshake. It was kind of a weird kind of pleasure watching the little frogs try to make it out of the blender and then getting chopped up. She still grinned as she thought about the bartender cussing the frogs. The milkshake was definitely worth it, despite the worker talking about taking it off the menu.
She sighed and looked out on the snowy streets of Hogsmede. She wondered how people here made their living while school was out and if the teachers stayed her, but then she remembered about Appration. Amaya still wasn't quite used to the idea. In the deep south of the United States, not many disapperated or apparated. Not even her parents, they normally drove a car to their embassy jobs. She spun on her barstool, her tiny frame not really permitting her feet to reach the footrest. Amaya looked about again, wondering if anyone she knew would enter the sweetshop.☆═━┈┈━═☆ Life's candy and the Sun a bowl of butter! Don't bring around a cloud to rain on my parade!

Life is a waterfall... Cheyanne Hunter Cheyanne walked briskly along the road of Hogsmeade, her long black hair and red and yellow scarf gathering snow. Her sweet tooth was calling to her, so Honeydukes was her destination. She approached the door thankfully, knowing that warmth was within her grasp. As she entered, she noticed another fellow Gryffindor sitting at the bar. Shyly, she approached the table in an attempt to greet her, but as she got near, she tripped over her own two feet. It happened so suddenly that she didn't have time to conjure up something to break her fall, and she was on her back in a puddle of melted snow. She began to laugh hysterically at her own clumsiness. "What a great way to start the day, huh?" she quipped playfully, looking up at the people at the bar. ...We're one in the river, and one again after the fall.

Don't tell me not to live Just sit and putterElizabeth Amaya Shine ☆═━┈┈━═☆ Amaya jumped down immediately laughing. She wasn't that graceful herself. She had seen the girl around the common room before, but didn't share any classes with her. Amaya held out a small white hand, speaking with a slight southern lift to her words."I think a puddle gets the best of everyone, now and then. Nothing broken, right?" Amaya helped pull the taller girl up as her name returned to her memory. Cheyanne Hunter. The girl had always smiled shyly at her every time, Amaya had voiced a greeting.☆═━┈┈━═☆ Life's candy and the Sun a bowl of butter! Don't bring around a cloud to rain on my parade!

Life is a waterfall... Cheyanne Hunter "Hehe, nah, everything's perfectly unscathed... to my knowledge." She smiled down at the small the girl when she was steadily on her feet again, and then asked to the bartender to bring her what the girl was having. "Your name is Amaya, right? That drink you have there looks awesome; I don't think I've had it before!" ...We're one in the river, and one again after the fall.

Don't tell me not to live Just sit and putterElizabeth Amaya Shine ☆═━┈┈━═☆ Amaya nodded to show that was her name. She grinned broadly and shoved the large glass over towards the other girl. "Do you want to try a sip? It's a chocolate frog milkshake! There's no way I could possibly drink the whole thing. Just grab another straw!" Amaya wasn't sure what the girl would think of the offer, but back home (or what she still remembered as home) it wasn't something out of the ordinary to offer what you had to another person. She had gotten some funny looks in London and at Hogwarts with her over-friendly manner, sometimes, but it never really bothered her.☆═━┈┈━═☆ Life's candy and the Sun a bowl of butter! Life is a waterfall... Cheyanne Hunter Cheyanne lifted an eyebrow at the offering, but squelched the feeling of unease when Amaya offered her a sip; it wasn't like she had a cold or frog breath or something like that. She nodded to her, and took a small taste of the shake. Her eyes widened in shock. It was the most wonderful thing she had ever had, and she told Amaya so. "After all of my years coming here, I never knew that Honeyduke's could bottle heaven in this way!" She grinned at the girl in thanks, and was happy when the bartender put down her own shake in front of her.
{{Apologies for the extended absence... I just got back from vacation, and was thrown into a whole bunch stuff... o.o;;}} ...We're one in the river, and one again after the fall.

Don't tell me not to live Just sit and putterElizabeth Amaya Shine ☆═━┈┈━═☆ Amaya smiled and nodded. It took a while to notice that Honeydukes had a milkshake bar, most people never strayed from the Three Broomsticks."I love their milkshakes. The Fizzing Whizzbee Smoothie is amazing too, but I prefer it in the summer."((no problem! I know how busy summer can get)) ☆═━┈┈━═☆ Life's candy and the Sun a bowl of butter! Life is a waterfall... Cheyanne Hunter Cheyanne took a sip of the coveted milkshake, closing her eyes in pleasure. Not too chocolate-y, but enough to make you want to jump out of your seat out of hyperness. Must be the Frogs, she thought, amused. Aloud, she breached the comfortable silence. "In all of my 7 years here in England, I'm still not really used to the snow... It's nice, but it's too... cold." She snorted softly at the obvious comment she made. ...We're one in the river, and one again after the fall.

Don't tell me not to live Just sit and putterElizabeth Amaya Shine ☆═━┈┈━═☆ Amaya nodded mournfully in agreement. She was raised in the warm southeast US. Winter lasted only a month or two and even then it maybe snowed an inch or two at the most. Nothing like in England. Amaya realized she didn't know anything about Cheyanne. She took a deep sip of her milkshake then spoke again."So where are you from? Where I used to live was almost always warm." Amaya was friendly and liked to listen. She just wasn't too good at it. She had the tendency of getting easily distracted. But there was no one at the bar besides the two girls so that made things easier.☆═━┈┈━═☆ Life's candy and the Sun a bowl of butter!
