Which is better, apples or oranges?
Sex is better in some ways, masturbation is better in others. They are just different.
They are also not mutually exclusive. For example, many people like to include masturbation as part of sex.

Though I'm technically still a virgin (I'm not really sure what to consider myself), I'd say sex would be better if you had the right partner. Masturbation has its priviledges because you can do it on your own time and it's usually rather quick and easy...no strings attached.
Sex is more intimate and, for some, more fun. Like I said, you'd have to be with someone you love and it's a bonus it they know how to please you rather than just themselves.
For a girl, I think most would choose masturbation because it's not as painful (some girls go through a lot of pain during sex. For me, I'm incredibly tight down under which makes things a little more painful for me)

I've tried a few times, but it's like... I dunno, it's like nothing for me. XD; I even read about how to do it "right", but it just doesn't work. Sex, however, is kind of fun. Others may like masturbation...
Some might like both...

uHmMm.. both sex and masturbation is good... i think masturbation is good for some reasons... masturbation is much more safer than sex... you can do it in any time u like.. and all by ur self... in other ways, sex is also good but it take much responsibilities as a result... having a sex is like being responsible not only in ur self but also in your partner.... sweatdrop redface

Not that I've had sex, but everyone seems to go on about masturbation and how great it is, but, I don't see the big deal of it all.
