It had taken several hours of his day to finally get here, but here he was now.

"The clearing", He thought as he looked over the miles of land he had to run in, and play. His firefly friend, that were carrying their own jar, also seemed to be happy. Especially because it was beginning to be night. They had a long day together, and to him, it was worth the sore legs.

"Alright guys, why don't you guys go find some lady flies?" He asked between gritted teeth, trying to hold onto the globe on the string.

He noticed, though, that it would probably be a bad thing to run with it, so as the fireflies put down their jar, he put his orb into the jar, and trotted away with his little friends to enjoy the plains. It was amazing how clear his vision could be out here, he almost felt 'naked', for he knew he was no longer protected by forest at all. Especially sense he had around ten thousand lightning bugs gathered around him, beginning to light up

For now, he would just graze near his bug friends, building up his energy so he could run around later tonight.

The lightning bugs lit one by one as it grew dark, going out, then lighting up again. It was their nature, and they loved to do so. Fireflies was eating, before he heard something not too far away, his head slowly raised up and looked over at the brightly colored horse, who'm looked like he had a full day. It looked as if he was watching his friends dance, he didn't blame the other, they were very good at doing the fox trot.

"Hello." He greeted the other, gently, in hopes to not startle him. He didn't need to move in his opinion, the other was close enough. His legs were still tired too, from all that walking. He wondered when he'd get used to all this traveling, he's been doing this for a while now. A few seasons, more then he could count. More then he hoped to remember.
