- Your age: 20

- What level you are at in school, if you're still in school: I have graduated high school and I am currently working on my associates. I will then be transferring to a university to get my Bachelors and then eventually my masters in performing arts with an emphasis on musical theatre and operatic studies.

- What do you wish to teach: Divination

- Please write a brief Class Synopsis, What you class is about. My class will cover Omens, how to identify them and how to interpret them. These will be common omens, and personal omens. Dream interpretation. Sortilege, that is the dropping of lots, dice, sticks and runes for divination. Sortilege is something that I am currently working on, and I would make this a type of study group. Cartomancy will be a must as that is my preferred form of divination. Augury will also be gone over, as well as the use of pendulums and dowsing rods. I will also cover the use of Tea Reading, Cloud Reading, the flight of birds and the reading of animal entrails. I will go over scrying for my advanced classes (when we get to it) via mirrors, candle, smoke and water. My advanced classes will also go into the realm of summoning spirits to answer their questions, as well as necromancy. I will go over the history of the different forms of divination as they are presented in the class. I will require each student to pick at least two forms of divination, one for simple yes and no questions and one for more insight into their questions. I will cover some astrology, but frankly it is not my strong point and I do not consider it divination. I will also go deeply into how divination can be used in spellwork to see if a spell should be cast or not. This is very important in my mind.

- How long have you been studying this topic: Divination has been something I have been studying for nearly five years. I started with palmistry, but did not like it very much and moved to the tarot. My love for different patterns and identifying them was very helpful in my memorization of the different meanings of the tarot and over time my intuition for their meanings became stronger. Recently I have taken to using playing cards and I am doing wonders with it. My readings are much more accurate and I have been called the "Gambling Witch" in jest because of my love of using said playing cards as well as my interest in using coins for simple questions. Dice will also soon be added to my collection of divination implements. I am also quite skilled at scrying in smoke, and when I do smoke (which is rare) I will interpret shapes and patterns in the smoke as it drifts up above me.

- How often do you wish to make lessons/assignments/discussions: Weekly discussions and lessons as well as written papers summarizing the lesson. They must also show their understanding of the divination methods by providing an essay about two favored lessons covering the history, interpretations, and possibly experimentation with the divination. Their two favored methods of divination will also come into play on their lessons. I may have them give weekly castings to me with their interpretations and push them to memorize and use their intuition. For my advanced classes I will have them experiment, safely of course, and have them record their experiences in the form of an essay along with meaningful interpretation of what it is they have tried.

- How much time can you put into your class a week: I am online almost every day so I can always be on for questions and such. My blog's email will be provided to the students if they ever need to reach me outside of Gaia. There will be online articles to read and essays must be sourced! Wikipedia is alright, but overuse of it will result in warnings. I wish to promote intellectual honesty and academic sourcing.
