Hair: Chestnut brown, curly, reaches the collarbone. Usually tied up, braided or in two buns at the sides of her head for comfort.
Clothes: Comfort over style. Always. Kizzy will usually wear trousers, preferably with many pockets, sometimes she will use trouser braces. Utility belts are very important in her line of work. She prefers short sleeved shirts, otherwise she'll roll up the sleeves. Kizzy might wear a vest every now and then, mostly because she'll be hiding something in it. She doesn't wear shoes, just like most halflings, and has large feet with their tops covered with coarse hair.
Weapons & gadgets: Kizzy uses a repeater crossbow, a shortsword, explosives, traps, nets et caetera et caetera.

Mentality
Kizzy, just like most halflings, enjoys the finer things in life. Good food, beverages (ale!), fine tobacco, comfortable clothing. She would rather spend gold than hoard it.
She loves a good company and enjoys laughing (especially at others). She does, however take her job seriously and will always try to make the best of it.
