I have not played all the games but here are for the one's I played.
FF3*:
worst: The scene where they find out they are all orphans
best: the rest
FF4*:
worst: The scene where rosa looks at kain before she gets kindnapped Its like he's melting
Best: the begining scene
FF7:
worst: The scene where areith dies -shiver- gives me nightmares
best: the scene where tifa and this other girl I think her name was scarlet have a slap fight I was lauging for a week
FF8:
worst: the scene where they introduce zell (No offence I am in love with him)
best: The scene where squall get stabed with ice
FF9:
worst: All the scenes with kuja he should not be prettier then me
best: The scene where quina and vivi gets married and the your not alone scene
FF10:
Worst: The scene where jecht bullies tidus (that called childabuse I believe)
Best: The scene where sin/yu yevon dies
I also have ff12 but never beat it
Anyway I created this fourm for a reason so tell me what is you favorite/ worst scene.
P.s the stars are for the ds remakes

FF7:
Worst: Aerith's death. It annoyed me. I was squirming with Cloud.
Best: Motorcycle scene. That was awesome that time.
FF8:
Worst: Irvine's drama before shooting. But it made sense later in the game. But it was the worst during that time.
Best: The home video in the credits thanks to Selphie.
FF9:
Worst: It was the stageplay. I did like the atmosphere and the whole feel to it, but I didn't understand the story.
Best: Every battle with Beatrix. She never lost. whee
FF10:
Worst: If the world map counts as a scene, I hated that part. xp
Best: The ending.
FF12:
Worst: I dont know with this one too. I was on Ivalice high playing this game.
Best: The murder of the king in the first part of the game. Ivalice high.
FFTactics: (speaking of Ivalic high)
Worst: heart
Best: Ovelia's birthday scene.
FF13: (so far, since I'm still on chapter 6)
Worst so far: ...... ...... No, I like it. xd
Best so far: The train scene. Oh, the FF7 nostalgia.

Best, off the top of my head, most likely forgetting some.
FFVI - Parent's sacrifice in Terra's village in the World of Ruin.
FFXII - The scenes atop the Pharos of Ridorana. Well worth the trip.
FFXIII - Before (and during) the final boss of Chapter 11/Oerba.
FFT - Delita's ending.
Worst, can't think of any right now.

the best and worst sence ever all at the same time is in FFVII crisis core is when Zack dies. best sence ever with cloud and zacks friendship. bad because zack died.

I know For ff8 I mean I waslike invine just shoot the women if you don't lots of people are going to die appeartly invine is a coward/wimp Oblivious Mischief FF7: Worst: Aerith's death. I know I cried during that part and that's big seeing that I don't ever cry but square enix made this really cool guy and had our hopes up then he dies but wait if you play ff7 we knew he died so I guess that's not suppose to make us sad. sigh marieaskelinton the best and worst sence ever all at the same time is in FFVII crisis core is when Zack dies. best sence ever with cloud and zacks friendship. bad because zack died.

In FFX the worst scene was when during Yuna wedding when Seymour kissed her... (uh...)
The best scene was just after that when Yuna jumped off the tower and in freefall summoned Valefor who caught her... and I like the comments after that... (Rikku throws a flashbomb and blinds the crowd)
*The group starts running*
Wakka: Wha... what was that
Rikku: An Al-bhed flashbomb
Tidus: Let me go I'm going to kill that Seymour
Kimahri: Yuna says leave we leave
Lulu: We'll meet up with her later
Auron: Break Though *grunts*

I have been a fan of FF for a while now but so far i only own two games....(there are only like 3 final fantasy games for the PSP.... whats up with that?)
Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core: Best Scene~ the angeal vs. sephiroth vs. genisis scene
Worst Scene~none(i havent finished the game.... stuck at the scorpion mech... i cant seem to beat it)
Final Fantasy Dissidia: Best Scenes~beginning and ending
Worst Scene~Chaos revives and you have to beat him another 2 times

I love that scene too It's so cool. For those of you who have read some of my other posts will know what my favorite scene is, but for those of you who don't here are my top 5 favorite Final Fantasy scenes. (I'm only going with Top 5 from all the FF games, not the best and worst from each.)
5. Final Fantasy VIII: Opening Cinematic- I was coming off the high which was FFVII, and when I first purchased Final Fantasy VIII and watched the opening cut scene, I was so excited I nearly exploded. What followed though was a huge let down in the actual game, but the opening cinematic with Edea's song Fithos, Lusec, Wecos, Venosec (sp) remains my favorite part of VIII, and #5 on my list.

4. Final Fantasy Tactics: Balthier's Entrance- In the PSP re-release of FF Tactics War of the Lions, we got several new content not in the original game, one of which was the inclusion of Balthier as a new secret character. The animation cut scene was awesome, and seeing my favorite character from FFXII now in my favorite FF game was a dream come true.

3. Final Fantasy X: Yuna dances on Water performing the sending- The song of the Faith in FFX was beautiful, after Sin's attack it was a very sad and emotional scene where Yuna had to walk out on the water and send the dead men, women and children. But it was such a beautifully choreographed dance, the mood and atmosphere for that scene was absolutely perfect for that moment of the game. And it is my favorite FFX CGI cut scene.

2. Final Fantasy IX: Zidane Snaps/Your Not Alone- Final Fantasy IX has thee greatest sound track and music out of all the FF games. the Song Your Not Alone is my favorite song in all of Final Fantasy, and when it was used for such a dramatic moment in Zidane's life as he finds out the truth as to what he is from Garland turns into a powerfully emotional scene. But what makes this scene even more powerful was that they only played that song once in the whole game. Such a beautiful song that one time, it would have lost some of it's effect if used more than once. I Loved It!

Honorable Mentions: FFVI: Celes sings opera, FFIX: Bahamut vs. Alexander, FFIV: Cecil becomes a Paladin, FFVII: Sephiroth destroys Nibleheim, FFVII: Sephiroth kills Aerith, Crisis Core: Sephiroth vs. Genesis, Dissida: Opening cinematic
And my #1 favorite Final Fantasy scene is...
1. Final Fantasy VII: Red XIII meets Seto- I mentioned in another thread that this was my favorite scene in all of Final Fantasy. Red XIII is one of my favorite, if not my favorite character in all of Final Fantasy. The scene where he meets his father Seto in stone, the beautiful music playing, and Nanaki is told of his fathers sacrafice to save the people of Cosmo Canyon is just absolutely wonderful. I'm actually getting choked up a little thinking about that scene. And that is why it is my favorite scene in all of Final Fantasy.
