I was molested around the age of 4 by a very close friend of my family. I struggle daily with the blame I have placed on my parents for not knowing the signs, I know they never really had the resources I myself have recently discovered but I still want to scream about how betrayed I feel. Also I have told them I forgive them but I'm not really sure if that is an honest fact. Is this a common feeling among you other victims?

Yep. I agree with Peaches, It happens more often than not. Only time will truly heal you, and you should have a sit down with your parents and discuss the issue.
