I've been debating on whether or not I should start a blog on my discovery of Buddhism. I would also include a look at Buddhism through my art. My friend said she'd read it, but I'm asking you guys, as third parties, to tell me if you think it'd be interesting.
I'd update daily, or try to atleast. I'd probably give book reviews of Buddhist books I've read. I'd include pictures of various things (where I've meditated that day, inspirations of artwork, etc.).
Please tell me if you think it's a good idea or not.

Sure I would! I'd just add it to my RSS reader, that way I wouldn't forget to read it either ^^ I have a lot of Buddhist blogs on there already, they're all pretty different too, you should join the blogosphere! biggrin

i'm personally never one to ascribe to any given religion, but i don't see a problem with blogging about your experiences. smile i'd read it.

I think it'd be interesting, especially the artwork. I'd take a peek at it, for sure.

Chieftain Twilight i'm personally never one to ascribe to any given religion, but i don't see a problem with blogging about your experiences. smile i'd read it. Very true! Checking out blogs from all walks of life is a nice way to give insight into the 'everyday' of different lifestyles biggrin

Buddhist blogging is a GREAT idea. A while back, I started posting Buddhist blogs on my Facebook account, but stopped after the 7th one. Lost the motivation for it, but it is DEFINITELY something I recommend doing!

I'm going to revive this thread asking if anyone has any blog recommendations? I'm extremely interested in incorporating Buddhist practices into my current religion and learn best from others.
