This could have been running through their family for several generations...God help them. They just happened to get caught this year. That poor little girl. And the brothers were probably molested themselves as children. At some point, they had to understand that this is wrong.
And yes, they are black...for some reason Southern whites are portrayed as incestuous hillbillies, but obviously this is not confined to race.
