Ily, unfortunately, hadn't been able to grab another babysitter and was thus stuck with Seth while she looked for new clothes to "party" in. Like the boy really cared as he wandered around with a pair of socks on his ears and a pair of pants on his head. As for the parties... Well, it was more of a rave for tweens with a little more suited music and soda instead of alcohol. So long as there were adults actively watching them and they had passes from their parents, they could stay. Generally, most went home about ten or so, but true party started at midnight when the nightlife took hold.

And since Damon generally dropped her off there at dusk and picked her up around dawn, the girl didn't care and neither did the establishment. But, that meant she had to get the right clothes and her current ones liked to be shred to pieces by her new shoulder plates and spiked tail.

So when the clothes were yanked from her hands, Ily nearly bashed the poor girl's face in. That was, until the high-pitched squealing reached her ears at a deafening frequency. "Phoebe?! OH! HI!" she giggled, grinning widely at her friend. It took her a moment to notice all the new changes she had endured. One, she looked younger than herself and two, that really weird pink eye. "And I need those, by the way..." she added, nodding to the clothes in Phoebe's hand.

Ily just stared. Find something to make her look... good? Now there was a thought, considering the paint from the previous night was still on her and actually worked ok with the clothes. Hey, they glowed in blacklight so what did it matter? She stood out, she had fun, and she didn't annoy Damon or wake Seth up. "But... That wasn't the point," she muttered, rather annoyed at that and crossing her arms in a huffy way to express it.

Seth giggled at the patting, reaching up his arms for a hug or possibly to be picked up. "Bu' now I can wear dem!" he giggled, looking up at the polka-dotted shorts that had drooped enough to show the orange feathery crest between where his hair suddenly changed colors. "I Seff! Who you?" he asked, voice fairly calm and quiet despite being oh so excited at meeting a girl whose hair was the brightest shade of pink he had seen.

"Hmm? OH! I do. Comes from the facility too, strangely. Doesn't look like he does, though," Ily replied, finally noticing his choice of clothes and giggling a bit. "Seth, I do believe those don't belong there," she said, not bothering to remove the clothing. Hey, if he was happy who was she to care? Besides, it was fairly cute and rather harmless fun so long as they were returned to their rack before they left.

Before Ily could reply, Seth took the initiative to explain FOR her. "She goes t' dis won pwace dat has woud moosik an' fwashin' wights an' dancin'," Seth explained with a grin and attempting to dance by wiggling around a bit. All in all, it was insanely cute but had he been older, it might have been more embarrassing than cute.

"Well, yeah. It's this sort of club that's like a rave for us younger kids and these eye-blinding clothes work well there," Ily replied excitedly, grinning widely and just barely able to contain her excitement at going there. Well, just being ABLE to go for a little bit was fun. But being able to stay the entire night was just downright awesome.

"Azoulais? Huh. Weird name," she added, not recognizing it at all. Then again, she hadn't met many people from other places besides those from the facility.

Seth giggled and nodded. "New cwothes!" he giggled, tugging on Ily's hand in hopes of getting her to follow too. "C'mon! Maybe get pwetty cwoths fer yews too!" the boy added, already attempting to head out of the neon-colored clothing area and into something less... blinding.

Ily looked a little sheepish and thus her eyes wandered to another section of the store. Yes, there was dancing but that was only part of the reason why she went. There was always some sort of fight going on somewhere, masked by closed doors and loud music. Nobody really got hurt but it was fun nonetheless. "For the most part they are dance parties, yes. I don't sleep often so dad figured this was the easiest thing to do since I find them far more fun than sitting in my room. Besides, he's been home a lot since..." she trailed off as the painful memory reappeared in her mind as fresh as if it had happened only a couple days ago. It had actually been a couple weeks, but one didn't forget an event like that.

Not easily anyways.

"Yay~" Seth giggled, half wanting to be picked up and half wanting to just roam around by himself. In the end though, the boy stopped and held his arms up with a half pleading look on his face. "Up?" The famous question he always asked. Yet, it wasn't directed at Ily but instead the pretty pink-haired girl who seemed to think he was insanely cute and was far more friendly than his sister.

Ily couldn't help but giggle at the simple idea of a kid that can teleport. He'd be excellent at hide and seek. "You can make bracelets? Really?" she asked with a grin. She may not be all that into jewelry and various 'girly' things, but bracelets and necklaces were one of the few exceptions.

Seth giggled and nodded, snuggling Phoebe back as she hugged him. "Ah-huh~ I gewd brudder! Wight Iwwy?" he asked, flashing his sister a cute smile. Ily just laughed and nodded, unable to get mad at the boy for his inability to correctly say her name. He was cute and young, and she had been told she did the same thing way back when so what was the point?

"Ooh! It's so pretty! Thanks Phoebe!" Ily squealed happily, taking it and instantly putting it on and posing with it, admiring it from all angles. It was PERFECT! "I love red and purple! Thanks again," she added with a happy grin. Now all she needed was some epic red and purple make-up to match...

Seth giggled softly. "Okies! Can wait till den," he replied, not minding at all that he had to wait for his bracelet. It just meant he had to see Phoebe again later on. Which, in his mind, was the best thing ever. He liked being carried and snuggled, both of which she supplied in surplus. Not to mention she was really nice and he liked being with people in general.

"Yeah cause they have these black lights that make the colors REALLY stand out. Not to mention it's one of the best things to wear there," Ily replied with a small grin. "And other things? Not much, really. Jean shorts and a shirt I guess," she replied, realizing how pathetic her daytime clothes were in comparison to the awesomeness that was her night ones.

Seth snugged Phoebe happily. "I don' eidder. Shue-wess buddies?" he asked with a soft giggle, trying to make the girl feel better about being unable to wear shoes. She could wear a lot of what he couldn't without looking absolutely silly doing so. But it was far more fun being silly than proper, right?
