Well I got to say is play hard, play clean and get yourself known locally. Reffing at the local field may also show people that you are willing to sacrifice some time to help out and that your dedicated to the crazy sport we call paintball.

start with 3 man. its easy to organize and you dont have to put as much effort when it comes to getting the team together.make shure you have 2-3 other guys who have constant income. if they have no money they have no bussyness on a paintball team. drills after drills after drills. its what the pro's do and look at them. scrimage teams that are better than you.after getting torn apart a few times you learn that you just dont wanna get shot anymore and you do what you have to to not get shot. do all the run throughs you can.if your whole team isnt scared of getting shot then you can be more aggressive. being more aggressive means winning more. you just have to know the point where stop the aggressive and chill. if your too aggresive you'll get laned and shot and you'll loose.
those are my tips-Alex

I NEVER HAVE MONEY ANYWAY

We had 2 mech Cockers and a Mag on our team as well when we did this and they all had electros. One kid has a DM5,Alias Intimidator and a Shocker on there team, and I know he didn't buy all that by himself. Even know they may have super high-end markers they may not be skilled. Trust me you can beat them, my teammate owns me and just about everyone around here with his mech cocker. Cash can't buy skill remember that. Cash can only be a reinforcement of skill.

its true... you cant buy skill... i have an electro high end tho, a ICD Promaster with ups and such... however i started playing with tippmann 6 years ago then i moved to a spyder imagine, then spyder fenix, and now im here with my promaster... My teammates have 1. uped ion (almost a shocker lol), 2. uped Ion 3. uped Lasoya Intimidator 04, 4. Angel 05 Speed, 5. super uped Spyder esperit....
it dont matter what gun you have... just how you play
